I don't think Delirium needs a paint job, though if it did, I wouldn't be opposed to a different color than the blue supports for the arm. They blend with Banshee's and match Invertigo's pretty closely.

It counts as a batwing. But what makes up a batwing are a reverse side-winder into a side-winder. Banshee's "batwing" actually counts as a pretzel knot. (rcdb will back me up on that, thankfully) Which consists of a dive loop into an immelman (or the two elements of a batwing) that cross the exit and entrance paths over one another. Small differences, but when you're someone like me, they are important to acknowledge.

Such small bands keep the huge track from bouncing off!

The way things run around here, if you mess up, you will be doomed for an eternity of embarrassment from that post! (:< Mwahahahahahaa! Unless you edit your post and say something like, "EDIT: nevermind my post"

Thanks for the color alterations guys! Looks like you will be rewarded for the efforts you went through to make them this time!

Which I don't understand, haha I never slip up, I only use the old names to make it easier to let my friends know which ride I'm talking about. Just in case they only know it by the old names; I go to the park regularly enough that I quickly and easily use the new names.
-
He said "the Banshee logo." It's like "I want to ride the Diamondback roller coaster" vs "I want to ride Diamondback." I was referring to the topic title and the poll options, not the posts that are a little bit before mine.
-
What's "The Banshee?" haha *nit-picking* I like The Bat logo better. The loop at the tail of the Banshee looks weird to me and doesn't seem to fit. Seems to stick out like a cool looking sore thumb.
-
Yes. Still an appreciated photo for what it is! Calakapepe, who is still bitter.
-
Yeah, the new Banshee area and a fresh coat of paint for The Bat and whatever else they're doing with the station will be good enough for me. Not sure why a new theme has to include more than the ride being decorated.
-
It looks as though they have the final loop piece about ready to be lifted.

Just thought of this.. I wonder how many people will mistake the current Bat for having been debuted in 1981; thinking it was changed to top gun, then to flight deck, and then back to The Bat.. Rather than the actual sequence of events.

"something scary" would be an awfully odd name..

Can't wait to use my 2014 pass for 2014 season! I'll be doing a lot of waiting, but I don't care too much .. right now anyways.
-
Yep, looks as though it was merely him anticipating a mark of history for Kings Island.
-
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Flight Deck to The Bat actually happens. I'll be happy if that is the case, but I can't help but think it's just him teasing. Also, although The Bat fake page was a said to be a placeholder, and it was, it still doesn't explain why they didn't just put already generated photos, or just a blank photo to show an image rather than new logos and such. I don't know.. Me, taking a seat on one particular side of the speculation.

Why is T2 opening in 2015 and not 2014? And if the park does get an El Loco, I'll need to make my way down there for sure!

Simply awesome photo looking up at WindSeeker from below the seats! Did you lay on the ground just before sitting down to snap that picture or what? lol -
The seats are tilted back more so than past inverts, no? Upon the animation, it looks like the passengers' legs don't swing below the beam that holds their seat. So, as long as a guest wasn't too tall, right?

The last piece wasn't being attached at 8:47am.. Nor is it even happening at 9:18 am haha It was on the crane being lined up at the time (the most recent piece) and looked larger than it really was. But enjoy your smug laughs. Just making calls when I'm lucky enough to!

Mid-air track right this moment.

There's gotta be a universal term for coasters that have the riders hang below the track, whether they swing freely, or not. Can we just say hanging coasters? I am completely bothered by the specific definition differences between suspended and inverted.
