You have my vote. Paramount has been doing great things with the parks. If and when it happens I hope the entire chain is sold to one company and they keep the pars alive.

Not trying to start something here but come on everyone. It seems like everyone wants to be seen as an expert on here. If there is a member on here from CF then that’s fine, prove it. But no one has any idea who the parks are going to be sold to if at all.

I would love to see a smoking bad at PKI. I do not want myself or my family exposed to second hand smoke. I have been to PKI and my little ones have picked up someone nasty cigarette butts that they carelessly threw to the ground. As for the food issue I think a nice coffee stand would be great in the morning.

A power house like Universal has my vote. Great theming al the way around!

There are other companies that are much bigger than Cedar Fair that are looking to buy as well. Just because there is something rumored does not mean that CF will be the one buying. Could someone close this thread?

No, thats not the case at all. From everything I've gathered and read, Mall of America has now changed hands in management this past year. The new management wanted total control, including Camp Snoopy, thus terminating the management contract with Cedar Fair. I'd hardly call Cedar Fair a failure, what other change in the past 4 years has seen steady increases in attendance and revenue at all its parks? - Todd From what you gathered? Is Cedar Fair managing there? No, they are not. Like it or not they lost the job.

Six flags just dumped a few of there parks last year did they not? Why would they now want to add on?

Anything could happen but I will believe it when I see it.

I like going in the spring and fall. The cooler weather and fewer people. It also gives you a new ride experience on The Beast!

Well in a few months they will. Just a few shy of that other park up north.

Well the wait staff idea was a great idea.

To be honest with you, I highly doubt they want to retheme FoF. It's probably more of a question for other parks, as in that they want to make the same coaster as FoF, but don't want to theme it the same way. Now I would buy that.

Paramount is building a dynasty of parks.

I like it dark like it is now. Can you imagine the same music over and over each time you ride it.

I am with you on the Adams Family ride. A dark themed ride would pack them in for sure.
