Holiday world isn’t even in the same class of amusement park as PKI.

Now that is some funny stuff, I don't care who ya are..lol.

I think some are really dreaming if they think PKI will get a new coaster in 06. Other than a kiddie of family coaster that is.

Bring on the Adams Family themed coaster!

Both events are for families. My kids loved the Children’s activities PKI had for them. We spent the entire day together riding rides and doing all the fearfest activities. I did not take my 3 year old though the haunted houses but my older kids enjoyed them. As far as Winterfest goes why are we even talking about something PKI does not currently have. They haven’t even announced that it will be here for 2005. I would go but there would not be as much to do as Fearfest. I can't imagine as many of the rides being open. And let’s not forget about the bitter cold. Either way I would go but think that Fearfest isn't getting a realistic look.

Island/peninsula/landlocked whatever ya want to call it. I am still waiting for someone to show me all this space. Prove it or let it go already.

I bet they bring back the flyers rethemed of course if they expand Nick Central.

That is one thing I give credit to PKI. They have been theming everything well. From the eateries to rides, it all ties into the movie experience. I am sure IJST will have some great cue line entertainment. There is nothing worse than going to other parks and roasting in the sun for hours with nothing but other miserable people to keep you entertained.

In terms of attendance, PKI actually topped Cedar Point to take the top spot in amusement park attendance for Ohio. As quoted from another post a little while back. And as far as your comment about PKI not building a worthy coaster since 2000. When was the last well themed ride Cedar Point built? PKI has been busy building an overall theme park much like universal. the IJST will not break any records but CP has nothing that can even come close to it.

I will be checking out the IJST. If it is still under construction at least we can get close to it. Then it’s off to the mother of all rides, Da Beast!

I never claimed to be an expert. Actually I get annoyed by those who think they are. But look at the pictures of the park and you can see how much one of those mega coasters take up. Other than the parking lot I don’t see it. Shut me up and shoe me all the space is all I am saying

Wasn’t PKI rated #1 recently? Yep sure was. And PKI is gaining on CP when it comes to coasters. I love amusement parks. We are very fortunate to live in a state that has so many of them. What I am saying is if you don’t have anything productive to say then take it somewhere else. We can all tell you love CP. Free world and all I am just getting sick of people bashing my favorite park. Someone please show me some pictures off the park in the deplorable state there claiming. Or....put the binky back in your mouth and leave it alone already. Just kidding..lol But seriously show me what I have been missing going to the park for all these years.

You know there is a message board for that other park. If you don’t like PKI why don’t you go there. Seriously I thought this site was for fans of the park not trash talkers. How about doing something productive on here besides putting a park down. The only negative thing I have ever had to say about CP how cramped it is there. They cram all those rides and customers on that small island. If I wanted to talk about CP I would be on that message board. How about a little respect for those of us who want to get on here and communicate with others who love PKI.

ok....And I have some ocean front property for sale in Ohio cheap. Show me space on that flyover picture for a coaster. The space needed for the footprint and cue line to be more precise.

Why is everyone talking like PKI is some sewer? I thought it was pretty clean. It's not a Disney park by no means but they do a good job. Quit hating!

Has anyone driven by the parking lot to see if they have been moving track? Has anything else arrive on site. Just curious.

You CP fans need to wake up and drink up a big old cup of reality about space at the park. They have been struggling for space for rides. I love the park but understand its on an island. Why do you think they went with Wicked Twister and TTD? It’s called a low space ride. I love CP but hate the way they cram everyone in there. The parking lot is the future. I like the idea that someone had about shuttles. How big of a pain in the rear would that be though.

PKI is a theme park. Its business is to entertain and create a vacation environment. I understand many of the members on here work for the park and do not like smoking or drinking inside the park. The park is for the customers and as such you are there to provide a service to its paying customers. It seems that most of the people bickering about drinking inside the park are not even old enough to drink themselves. This is just my humble opinion

What is with all the experts on here speculating? Is it just me or is it getting old.

It’s going to be an exciting coaster. I wish PKI would post some winter photos of some of the rides. There killing us!

The one posted today about the Scooby Doo Ghoster Coaster being removed was a riot. I understand it has low capacity but there are a few rides in HB that have low capacities.
