Gemini's faster, its capacity destroys Racer's, its track is longer, and its first drop is longer and steeper. I also find it hilarious that through some research, I found that recaR was turned forward after it was deemed an ACE landmark. Unless recaR comes back, I (along with many others I know) will be walking right past it.

That would be nice. When it was backward, it was something unique and worth riding. Now it's just Gemini's little brother.

I wasn't trying to be mean or rude either, I hoped I didn't offend anyone. I have a tendency to be quite blunt.. I mean no harm.. not that I could do much anyway.

I've waited 3 hours for Millennium Force, 2.5 for Maverick, 2 for Dragster, 2 for Raptor, 2 for Beast, 2 for Flight of Fear, 1.5 for Magnum, 1 for Drop Tower, and 1 for Slingshot. I'll wait for Diamondback.

Good point. It was just starting to annoy me a tad, that's all. I have my own Cedar Point PTR bookmarked. Not to sound conceited but I love reading it. My two and a half days spent there with the coasters I crave and the friends I love is something I will never forget. I got some stellar photos that weekend that I am quite proud of.. I need to get a real camera instead of always utilizing my cell phone. I love to take photographs.. I look like a tourist everywhere I go, I'm one of those people that will do whatever it takes to get the perfect photo.

First listen for the extremely loud hiss of the brake fins going down on the track. Then you will hear a metallic clunk under the train and feel it move back ever so slightly. You want to look at the Christmas tree after you feel the train move back because the lights will come on about 2-3 seconds after that and you will launch. You feel the pull from the launch for about 3 seconds and then the wind in your face as you shoot skyward. TTD is fun. Angie, who will gladly get up at 4 am to pack for CP and make the 3 hour drive

I was standing there looking longingly at it, and then I said out loud, "Wait.. Jasper wanted a picture!" and a few others around me were like "Oh yeah, he did!" and took photos. You weren't forgotten at the KIC party!

Before the entrance to the Maverick gift shop, there are stairs off to the right that you can take back out onto the sidewalk. That's what I do to avoid the gift shop crowd.

October 11, perhaps? I remember you said in my PTR that you saw me on the train in the MF station sometime that weekend. The lines that day were downright ridiculous.. Milly's line was out of the queue almost to the lockers, TTD's line was out of the queue past the grandstand, and Maverick's line was wrapped around the queue and backed up to Chick-Fil-A. I wasn't sure I was going to make it out of CP alive.

I was wondering about that too. I thought I was just hearing things as usual.

I second all of that. I joined 2 different forums where people were pretty much coaster snobs, and judged you based on your ride/park count. My questions were answered rather rudely, and it got to the point where I left the sites. I'm a member of another forum where I have gotten to where I am afraid to post there anymore because of the rudeness from several members. Some of the mods are really rude, and the admin locks threads when he's in a bad mood. People have left because they are constantly getting harassed, and all anyone wants to do is start arguments. I'm not a fan of confrontation so I am not happy about that. It is getting bad to where one of the mods stepped down because they were tired of what goes on with the site. I rarely post there anymore, the fun has gone out of it. I just wanted to find a site where I could meet new people and share my love for parks, coasters, and thrill rides.. I found it here. I've even recruited some of my friends to be members here. It is nice to be a member of a site where everyone is welcome, and everyone including the mods and admins are passionate about Kings Island and other parks. Thanks, KICentral, for being the only coaster enthusiast website worth posting in. You guys do a spectacular job with everything here.. I'm not going anywhere.

Yes, but simple assault is considered a tort, not a criminal act. Therefore, civil law determines that I will likely spend less than one year in jail, so it can't be that bad.

I will start taking better photos once I get a real camera. My cell phone doesn't take the best quality photos.. the camera claims to be 2mp, but I highly doubt that. I did notice a very tiny rip next to the rubber band. Maybe I shouldn't have been using it to assault people.

A lightbulb blew out in my room yesterday, so the half of the room toward the door is dark. I'm too lazy to change it right now.

I also want to thank whoever it was that gave me one of their extra posters at the end of the night. It's prominently displayed smack in the middle of my bedroom door.

I couldn't even cut my own sandwich piece without destroying it. I liked that there was more of a sandwich selection than I expected. I thought there was only roast beef and turkey until someone (Avatar?) pointed at one of the subs and said "That's Italian." I was on it. It's rare for me to go somewhere where refreshments are served, and me to say "This is my favorite." So to whoever was in charge of food, you rock.
