Most of us post in our signatures or in some topics when we are going on our next trip, and some of us post the day of and/or what we are wearing so we can be identified (if by chance we are spotted).
I do that most of the time, but sometimes I'm guilty of taking spontaneous solo road trips to CP or KI.. then I'll get a call or text "what u doin" and I'll send them a pic of one of the coasters.
I ran into one of my regular customers from work at KI one day, so we rode the blue Racer together before his son called and wanted to meet somewhere else in the park.
Last year at CP, I got out of my car in the SC lot to see two mods from another website I'm on. We walked and talked to the gate, did the Maverick ROTB and rode about 4 rides before they had to go to work, since they were both ride ops too.
gosh darnit, you guys are making me hungry.
I'm a big fan of the fudge and candy shop on International Street where you can pick your own bulk mix. My mouth always waters when I see all that candy.
I'll do it. On CP closing day as I was driving back around Perimeter Rd. from the SC lot, I rolled down my window, blew a kiss and yelled GOODBYE, I LOVE YOU to Maverick and MF.
Thank you. Those were taken with my cell phone camera.. but, my PTRs will have much nicer photos from now on. I went out for shampoo and ended up buying a Sony Cybershot.
I stop at the only gas station in my tiny town and get my road trip necessities: a bottle of water, a bag of pretzels, and a bag of peanut M&Ms.. great, now I'm hungry.
Last year on July 26, Cedar Point's attendance hit 58,000 because of Cleveland Clinic days. It was also a warm, sunny Saturday. It got to the point where they were prepared to shut down a lane of the causeway for parking.
I wasn't there, but here are some photos of the midway and the parking lot.

?
I plan on going to at least four new parks this year, riding Diamondback, and experiencing everything CP and KI has to offer.
I ride what I like. Forward Racer doesn't do it for me.. I'm not missing out on anything.
I am excited to ride Drop Tower, Slingshot, FOF, Beast, Invertigo, and BLSC again. I'm also excited to see some of the shows they have planned, and to hear the park alive once again with the rides, music, and screams of terror.
bahahaha, epic bump!!
It was sunny, but it was very cold and we also went on a weekday at the end of May. The park was dead. The funny thing is, Sara went back to CP last September with her hubby and got back on TTD.. "I had to do it again."
Thanks for the comments, guys!
