But the additional height above the ground gives more of a perceived thrill in most cases. 325' above the ground with a 300' drop is going to create more of a thrill compared to 275' above the ground with a 300' drop into a valley.

Not sure. The red points are the original 4 I saw, then yesterday I saw one where the yellow point is. It was strange that the 4 were arranged like that. Could be DB maintenance. Who knows.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the markers that were under DB's hammerhead on opening weekend then gone last weekend and two more I spotted there again yesterday.
