I would say this year is it for TW. I think this year was a nostalgic cash grab to milk it one last time before tearing it down. Nothing permanent was added to the venue except for a fence and left over pavers for the “vip” area. Also a little paint here and there. Everything else is portable and can be used elsewhere.
