That splash is really pathetic... the ride looks very skippable, in my opinion.

Next time someone thinks that my first rider t-shirt means that I was, quite literally, the first ever rider (as if there were shirts that said "SECOND RIDER", "THIRD RIDER", and so on), I'm going to slap them.

iChase, your design makes a very nice desktop background.

The long brake shed ruins the ride for me. If the slowing was spread throughout the whole thing, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but the sudden slowdown at the end just seems kind of strange.

If I'm there by myself, then I pretty much need to have my phone with me, otherwise, I would never bring it on a ride with me.

Yesterday was great- 2 Diamondback rides, 4 FoF rides, 4 Beast Rides, basically, I got on every adult coaster except Firehawk- I even gave SoB another chance. The Beast was deserted basically the whole night- it was great!

Even pointing out the walkway and queue area that used to go to the front row didn't help with that argument...

Opening day gems: "Hey, honey, it's Diamondback! *points to Invertigo*" "I waited TWELVE HOURS for Diamond Head!" (I wouldn't wait twelve hours for a waterslide at Worlds of Fun!) "But... but... The Beast was closed all day!" --This kid at my school who thinks he knows EVERYTHING about KI. He seemed shocked when I told him that I rode it right after riding Diamondback. "Someone died on Son of Beast on Saturday." "The Crypt didn't lose a row!"

Exactly, since I saw the gate was closed, I assumed they were going to be opening it later in the day.

I was there during the huge rush in the morning, and I just assumed it was closed. Oh well.

I saw popwar and toastnjelly walking by Adventure Express, a few people in shirts with other assorted KIC iron-ons, and I talked to a few other KICers in the morning before opening, none of whom I can remember their usernames.

I still don't understand how it works, since it didn't seem to be open when I rode. I guess I'll figure it out next week.

The water effects are back- there was a puddle on the ground when I rode.

Three hours from when I got in line. Got a shirt, though.

Seriously! $10 is highway robbery. No wonder it's deserted. It was open?
