So Matthew did something on the back end. Since I'm at Cedar point, others will have to chime in on how the site is behaving now. It seems slightly faster for me, but I'm sure my connection is not the best.

Sure!
Cool. At CP right now, but hopefully I can get it created this week.

Me too. I will see if I can get @malemto take a look. He does all the server hosting back end stuff and can hopefully see what is going on.
-
I would love to put this on the main site and reference this thread. You ok with that @Coasterteam?

I think it will be a great addition to this park. I look forward to driving up to experience it next season.

Well on that sort of thing I am definitely in agreement! In fact, I would trade several years worth of new marquee rides for a renewed focus on those things, especially live entertainment. Things were trending that way under Ouimet, but that focus has been all but abandoned since, at least at CP. As much as I love rides, it's the other stuff that creates lasting core memories, at least for me.
I think there are a lot of people that share your sentiment about this.

Is it really a water coaster if you have to carry your own tube?
I didn't know not carrying your tube was a prerequisite to one being a water coaster?

Here are the photos we have of The crypt. The KIC galleries don't have a TRTR gallery unfortunately. That was before my time of contributing to the galleries.

Has anyone had Chicken Shack lately? On opening day, they had the terrible frozen tenders that were so small. I have not eaten there since. Did they ever bring back the "hand breaded" tenders that are advertised on the side of building?

Yes, I will find out where our designer is with the shirt design.

Great PTR. Voyage at night is simply another life changing event.

Whatever we get we need an extreme thrill ride that will appeal to the teen and extreme thrill seeker. I want to get off of it and go (in the words of @silver2005) "good googly moogly" what did I just ride.
I think an RMC, MACK spinner, or GCI titan track coaster would do the trick.

Up until about about 5 years ago. We did camp other places. When I bought the camper, my wife at the time was pregnant with my first child. Knowing she was limited to basically the train and shows at the park, I wanted her to be able to go back to the campsite in A/C to rest from getting tired or just pain boredom.

It only took almost 22 years for Dane to get a reply on this thread. I hope he has not been waiting this whole time.

Yep camped there many times. Don't get me started on my buying a camper in 2005 (specifically to take it to that campground) and finding out it would never reopen again.

Holy WOWZA! Was this line actually utilizing the switchbacks in the que?! I don't think I have ever seen the line for Congo this long!
There were no switchbacks open, but still really weird seeing the line that long.

Just did a quick glance through the video posted by IndyGuy. Is it just me or are there fewer parade dancers this year as well? Maybe I'm not as observant as I think I am but the individual "groups" seem smaller.
We do have 2 less floats than we did the first year. So that means there are fewer dancers.

I'm all fairness. Zamperla took on a very big problem child. I don't think the TT2 project should be held against them. Yeah, it has been a real drag, but that Intamin aura, energy, bad juju, etc. might still plague it.
