I'm planning to go to Cedar Point either in July or August this summer. Does anyone know what crowds I could expect for the dates of 7-16, 7-23, 7-30, and 8-6?

I knew that Soak City was going to be a dissapointment the day they announced it. It's way overhyped for the fact that they haven't added any new waterslides and that the new wave pool isn't really more exciting than the old one. The water's warm, the intertubes are annoying, and the waves push you back and forth horizontally.

It just seems like all the big rollercoasters border Kings Island all around. like The Beast, Vortex,Firehawk etc.

Does anyone kind of feel like Kings Island has boxed themselves in a little bit? Or is it just me?

I don't even think any of the changes were that exciting. I hate Soak City, the look and feel of Boomerang Bay was way better.

I think Kings Island needs to get a dive-machine. Stand-ups aren't as fun as they look.

If i could change anything i would repaint Invertigo back to red and yellow. I mean come on! Doesn't anyone think the new blue and purple looks tacky?

Listening to Lost by Avenged Sevenfold always reminds me of walking through endless pathways of fog at Haunt. Awesome!

A B&M Dive coaster like SheiKra or an Intamin Xcelerator coaster like Storm Runner would be awesome!

Does anyone know how crowded it usually is on Friday at KI during Haunt? I predict that it would be less packed due to most teenagers going to high school football games instead, but ya never know... I tried looking at the Diamondback webcam on Kings Island.com to see how long the line is but it's too dark to tell.

Is it me or did anyone else remember last year when they said they were going to decide it's future in the 2010-2011 offseason? I hope they at least say something about it this offseason. The ride's been sitting there for a little over 2 years now!

I'm fine with this as long as they don't charge extra like at CP's Soak City. The only thing I'm not going to like getting used to another attraction/area name. Ex. Hanna-Barbera Land, Nickelodeon Universe, Planet Snoopy, Backlot Stuntcoaster, Drop Tower, Invertigo, BOO Blasters on BOO Hill, Flight Deck, Flight of Fear The Crypt, WaterWorks, Crocodile Dundee's Boomerang Bay, Boomerang Bay, and now what do we have... SOAK 'bleepin' CITY!

My favorite is Drop Tower Zone. 3rd would be Crypt but only for the fact that I love taking people on it who haven't ridden it before, so then I can laugh at their disappointed reactions. They get so mad at me for taking them on the ride as if It was my fault that the ride is horrible. It's hilarious!

For it's size that's one of the most thrilling coaster drops I've ever ridden. And yes I have hurt my back on it. Ow,

What would be great is a smooth and thrilling B&M Dive Machine like Sheikra for 2012. EDIT: I hope this announcement isn't for new shows. I could care less for shows. I hate them!

They could even put SOB's full vertical loop inside. That would be awesome!

I highly doubt Flight Deck being torn down. Kings Island has to have at least one suspendend rollercoaster!

The Beast was, is and always will be to me the best ride in the world.

The flats at CP are very good! Power Tower, MaXair, Calypso, Matterhorn, Ocean Motion, WindSeeker, Giant Wheel, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some. CP has won those Golden Ticket Awards for a reason. Don't forget SkyHawk. That's one of the best flats there!
