I'm gonna go with none of the above. Much like Movie Critics and Movies, I couldn't care less what others think of A Rollercoaster. So much freaking focus on negativity in this world. Edit, Holy Crap, Flight Deck breaks while you ride it?
-
Have never been to CP so I haven't been on it. If it is anything like Wild Eagle, I would enjoy the fun and smooth ride though.

Are you new to the internet? This stuff has been happening on Message Boards for as long as they have been around. Including threads like yours asking everyone to just ignore what annoys them and to please get along. It doesn't work. Some members just learn to deal with it, while others leave. Of course some that leave try and start their own Community (I have seen several new ones pop up on FB lately) which rarely ever works. There will always be "Trolls" and they will always have people that ignore them or feed them. That said, there will also always be people that enjoy the ramblings and chaos a troll brings with them and encourage people to just accept them.

I don't know why people post crimes on YouTube, It is commonly referred to as Stupidity.

Vampire to Six Flags New England? mmm. was anything renamed from Vampire? I can't find a coaster with that name on rcdb.com The Boomerang Coaster that was once at Kentucky kingdom was named The Vampire. It was moved to Six Flags New England and renamed Flashback.

No, because I do not bring that much with me into the park. The wife uses a small backpack. As for Debit Card use, I have never been asked to show ID. I also do not sign the back of my cards. Talk about Rebellion. Lol

Best sound....Vortex. Best smell...First Tunnel of Adventure Express on a hot Summer day.
-
Because they are upset that the park is not installing the Coaster THEY want.
-
Finally. After the announcement and subsequent whining from Intamin fanboys, this thread will calm down some.
-
I would never set foot in the park again.

Thanks for the laughs peeps. I really needed it, so did this thread actually. As for the Nightcap, I'm Kaintucky born and raised. So you keep your Jack to yourself and give Jim a call. I myself prefer to Gobble.

Death at Six Flags over Texas
Dieseltech20 replied to mullimann's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
The Seat Belt should also be adjustable to a maximum length, making it impossible to force a body to "fit" that shouldn't. -
The "Wooden Structures" are the forms used to form the Footings.
-
The Funnel Cake prices at HW are the lowest I have seen anywhere.
-
They have posted pics on FB of the train being rehabbed and retracking of the coaster.

We go on Sundays in Oct. The crowd is sparse and the lines almost non existent. Tried the haunt thing back in 2010 and I found out that none of it scared me in the slightest. Was fun to watch the wife absolutely freak at every turn though. The crowds are insanely large and I don't like that at all. Now we help run a local Haunt, doing the scaring is much more fun.

You didn't see a difference? Watch again...closely. In 1990 there was a double up and a slight drop, around mid course. 1999 it was gone.
-
Wow, what a difference. Why did they change it? Thankfully I got to experience the 1990 version. Was my 5th Coaster credit.

While it was a bonehead move on HTCO's part, members shouldn't be jumping all over him. I seriously doubt he expected anyone to take it so literally and enter unauthorized areas.

That this even had to be posted here, is crazy. While Don may be playing up the "Wild Goose Hunt", (then again maybe he isn't) he isn't telling people to visit the park ASAP while it is closed. Use your Brain people. Why on earth would someone sneak onto the property just to get a glimpse of something you will see anyways. It just isn't worth the consequences.
-
Thanks for the up close pictures. Now all this talk about tunnels can stop. They have to dig HOLES in order to make Footings. As for the false info from last night, funny, except to whatever numbskull took it a little too serious. Seems like something that a park employee could get into trouble over. Not worth the laugh in my opinion. As for the Intamin footings, the ones (Some anyways) posted require a square hole in the top of them. We already know that project 2014 does not have square holes.

Bayern Curve was demolished in 2002 and Zodiac was disassembled in 2005 after Sydney's Wonderland closed. It was loaded into containers never to be seen again. http://www.wonderlandhistory.net/content/zodiac_removal

Bolt falls of Smiler at Alton Towers
Dieseltech20 replied to UnrealNightmare's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Fasteners are also replaced when they wear out. I doubt that every bolt you see on the ground has "fell out". -
LOL. I doubt they are very concerned about the goings on at KK.
