Let me guess: you helped design it, Mr. Architect?

Keep in mind that the station for Banshee does not need to be as long as that of Diamondback., because Banshee fits as many riders into half as many rows by going four across. So the Banshee station only needs room for eight rows instead of sixteen.
-
That was originally the case, but since some people chose to abuse that leeway, it was taken away from us.

Ehh, I don't care. KIC Event, Dollar Days, Haunt Tour, and Todd Frazier, this sounds awesome! Indeed. I've never had a lights-on tour of a haunted house. And hey: maybe if you get a look inside one with the lights on, you'll be more willing to go through them when Haunt rolls around!

More than just Dollar Days on Sunday. They're doing lights-on tours of Madame Fatale's Cavern of Terror and Wolf Pack, a Q&A with Reds 3B Todd Frazier, and the KIC event as well. Info: https://www.visitkingsisland.com/events/things-to-do/special-events/Dollar-Hot-Dog-Days I would not expect walk-ons on Sunday now.

Photos Now UP! - Cedar Point Thursday/Friday 22nd/23rd

^ Back when my thighs were the wrong size for Magnum, I tried to hold the bar up and only succeeded in getting my hands crushed along with my thighs. The bottom of the first drop was so forceful that it would force the bar down to the next click against my attempts to hold it up. -
Hmm. I see an exclamation point, then another exclamation point, then another exclamation point, followed by yet another exclamation point... would it be safe to say that you were a little excited? Excellent report! Thanks!

Your thighs are the wrong size. Seriously: if your thighs are the wrong size, you will get stapled every time and end up in lots of pain. Try bulking up your thighs slightly to make it harder for the lap bar to staple you. Or, if your thighs are already on the larger side, slim them down a little bit. Either way, don't go too far or you'll be back in the same situation with the next click. The key is to be in between clicks, such that the last click you get in the station leaves only a small amount of space between your leg and the lap bar, which isn't enough to allow it to compress your leg enough for the stapling click at the bottom of the first drop. -
What's Up With Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular?

It gets its own short blurb in the show schedule brochure. -
^ My response would have been, "I don't know. Why don't you tell me?"

Low Def links added for those stuck in the old days Thanks. It's not so much "old days" as it is just small budgets. 1.5Mbps DSL is all I can afford. Cable and U-verse are too expensive for me.

Thanks for another video, davidw! One request: could you please stop adding the "&hd=1" to the URL to force high definition? Not everybody has an internet connection fast enough to stream HD video. The highest resolution I can stream without difficulty is 360p. Thanks!

My guess is that no return messages will be sent until Friday evening after the deadline. That way Don can simply send a single email to everyone at once instead of having to send out dozens of emails one at a time.

What Terpy said. I would not expect a lower price to be offered than the price currently available. Also, last year the gold pass deal was $79.99. The two years before, it was indeed $69.99.

Whose idea was it to not allow Flash on mobile devices anyway? That just seems stupid, and I've never understood it.

Or they had The Beast's family tree mixed up.

August 25, 2013: A Lovely Sunday at Kings Island!

I've figured at least about half the soundtrack out, thanks to a playlist on YouTube that has a few of them. The part of WindSeeker's 18-soundtrack sequence I know is: (from Superman: The Movie) (the Harry Potter movie theme) (from How to Train Your Dragon) (also from HTTYD) (from HTTYD) (from HTTYD; the part that plays on WS starts at 0:59-1:00)Unknown Soundtrack (it sounds really cool! But I don't know the name of it! ARRGH!!!) (from Apollo 13)Another Unknown Soundtrack (once again, I do not know the name, but I recognize what it sounds like) Another Unknown Soundtrack (same as above, I only recognize it from when it played on WS's first cycle of the day on July 23, 2013) (a.k.a. 2001: Space Odyssey theme) Thanks. I know at least one Star Trek soundtrack plays on WindSeeker as well. -
If you have a backpack that you have to take with you on FoF, I recommend setting it upright on the floor of the car and putting your legs through the shoulder straps. That will prevent the bag from being lost during the inversions.

What if someone wants to bring a younger child (say 7 to 10 years old) who isn't old enough to have their own KIC account? (I'm not in this situation, but I'm asking since someone else might be.)
-
No, I don't.
-
^ They don't have any body slides, except those in the kids' play areas which I don't count.

You started the discussion about why my man parts didn't get crushed on Mantis. Don't complain when I give you the answer. (But yes, I seem to have a habit of giving too much information in discussions like this. Maybe I should just stay out of them to begin with...)
-
Nope. My fanny pack hangs well above my... uh... private parts. I think it's because I wear briefs, which pull those... parts up above where my legs actually join together so they don't get crushed.

Not on the 8th!
