For Cedar Point, I've heard that the deadest time of year is the weekend after Labor Day. At Kings Island, I would recommend a late August weekday, or a weekday in May (but be careful with the latter as those days are often dead, but are sometimes packed with school reward trips).

Nice report! If I don't get a trip report finished by the time I go to bed that same night, it never gets done, so don't expect one. That night, I was more concerned with getting my Banshee pics posted on the construction thread and never turned my computer on. The link is a video of a stage with theatrical rigging set up in front of the Banshee construction fence. Maybe the stage for blood drums?! Blood Drums has moved to the International Street bandstand, so the stage is not for that. As long as it's not another musical revue, I'll be happy. No show has been announced for Action Zone, so this remains a mystery. Will a characterization of the Banshee scream and dance for the crowd? Maybe a DJ will host a "monster" dance party? Or perhaps it's for O'Suhr's stand-up routine, celebrating his rise from the grave. Perhaps the stage is for the Banshee screaming contest?

I would be interested in a membership, but I would have to see what it costs and what the differences between it and a season pass are before I could decide whether to get one.
