No way Sunday was a 3/5. It wasn't Columbus Day weekend, but it was probably a 4/5 or 4.5/5 from my experience. It was personally the most crowded visit I've ever had at the park. Diamondback was 1.5 hours, Flight of Fear and Firehawk were over 2 hours. Adventure Express / Vortex queues were full and well onto the midway. The entrance host claimed Boo Blasters was even an hour wait. Sure the waits were low for the first hour or two the park was open, but it got progressively more packed, peaking at 3PM or so. It was so bad that I had to buy Fast Lane to save my day. Wow really? See I was only there from 9am - 12pm. So I guess it got worse.

Diamondback: Go up, go down, go up, go down, go up, go down, go up a turn, go down, go up, go down, turn into brake run, go down, go up, go down, go up, go down, go into helix, go down, go up.

...or Diamondback...The Beast doesn't really go up and down...more of left to right.

Great idea - this is for 5/6/12 - Sunday. I would rate it a 3/5 for crowds...fifteen minute wait times for the major rides I rode - Diamondback (during ERT), The Beast, Racer, and Backlot Stunt Coaster. Long line for Invertigo (no surprise here) - about a forty five minute wait. It looks like it got a lot more crowded as the day went on, but not packed. 3/5.

It's not cardboard but it feels like it. It doesn't shine anymore and it looks like something I could print off my computer.

Really - it feels like cardboard. I'd much rather have the old material, but I guess it doesn't matter as long as it gets me into the park!

Today the lady that told us which row to go in for Invertigo had a huge smile on her face, made jokes, laughed, and looked like she loved her job. On The Racer, the ride ops were teasing riders and making jokes (for fun - everyone was laughing) and also looked like they were having a lot of fun. Today was the happiest I'd ever seen any employees. It almost meets the happiness of Holiday World employees!

Hm. I really didn't see a difference today. Maybe I just don't remember it too well because I haven't been on it since last July.

Oh, dang. Too bad it's not later on. I'm going tomorrow but I doubt I can get my family to leave home at 6:30!

Last time I went on Bring a Friend Day it wasn't too bad, but usually Sundays in May are not very crowded at all. I would suggest going some other Sunday, just in case. I don't know for sure.

Holiday World has Travel Channel shooting there today too. It's probably a new Extreme Terror Rides episode or something like that.

Seeing how Ouimet is trying to get more family friendly rides/attractions in, I would love to see a spinning coaster like the one at Knott's.

With these on and off storms that we're getting right now, I would hate to be at Kings Island. It's not like it's one storm system...it's scattered all over the place. Hope everyone is okay at the park tonight!

Why must you speculate on a commercial? It's the same commercial they use for all Cedar Fair parks, not just Kings Island. It means nothing. What's with all the people that look at every little thing that Kings Island does and making it seem like it's a hint towards something.
