I've stayed at the Microtel that is near The Beach Waterpark twice for when I have went to the park the entire weekend. It's not an upscale hotel by any means but its' clean and the rooms are decent, and rates are cheap.

They also had these combo tickets at Dayton Kroger Stores last year as well.

I could have sworn pass processing started at the same time as the ticket sales.

On my last visit, I had unruly teens behind me in line who thought it would be funny to smack me in the back of the head and make fun of me. Yes kids making fun of an adult, needless to say Security was called and took care of the problem.

I heard Drop Tower is not excepted to reopen until sometime in June.

Cedar Point keeps there lines open till 8 minutes past the posted closing hour.

I ride it to relax and cool off when it's hot out.

I think the bigger issue is a seasonal park doesn't have the budget to keep the effects working.

Daily Operation has started much earlier the last few years. I remember when Daily Operation didn't start till about the end of May around Memorial day weekend. Also the park used to be open weekends only about a month or more before Daily Operation starts. This is nothing new on the way they are doing things this year. Just be glad that park has been open Friday's as well, I remember when Fridays the park was closed for Math and Science Days.

That truck has been there on my visits, April 19th, 20th, and 26th.

When was the last time the fog curtain projection worked? That was an awesome affect and I'm sad that it hasn't worked at least the last 2 to 3 seasons. It may have only worked during it's first season as Boo Blasters?

That's cool, I'm just saying that most Intamin rides have not opened ontime, or has seen it's fair share of being down for month's at a time.

If KI can get a Giga coaster next I would say it's lineup would be pretty darn good.
