Uh they wouldn't let me get a refund off of a unprocessed 2009 Gold Pass that my Mom couldn't use as she passed away 5 month's before the season. They told me that I could transfer the pass to someone else but I couldn't get a refund. I was highly upset about this.

Did you get a receipt for the shorts? It should say funperks transaction if it went thru, if it does not then it more then likey didn't go thru.

When was your first ride? I first rode it on Media Night back in April of 2000. The first day it debuted to the general public, and they didn't even think they were going to open it then,( once again they knew they were problems). Remember when they used to shut it down to do checks of the track everyday for hours at a time?

That has always played that even before the Paramount days! Cedar Point was also very busy today, they even sold out of Fast Lane passes.

If only if SOB wasn't flawed since day 1, we could have a different SOB right now. I will never forget my first ride ever on that, I thought it was amazing, and really smooth, then they closed it down for 15 days, and when it reopened it felt like a totally different ride, for the worse. It was all down hill from there.

Wonder how much it will cost to remove SOB?

I wouldn't say just because both parks in Ohio are now owned by Cedar Fair, not to except anything big at KI. KI and CP are in two different markets, and besides KI beats CP in Attendance. I bet we will see the next 300 foot B&M in SOB's spot in 2014.

I would say KI, just because KI is ran better then KD. KD has some weird operations which I don't like. For example one train operation.

No way Viking Fury had a 2 hour wait. I rode it when I first got to the park after 5 yesterday and it was pretty much a walkon.

Just checked it out. Pretty cool. I'm 75 percent to Level 3 stars.

My KI Platinium Pass scanned at KD just fine last October.

If Cedar Point switches to Coke next year, I will miss getting Mountain Dew at the Point. But as long as if they have Mellow Yellow it would be ok. I was glad to see that KI started to serve Mellow Yellow again.

I think what it is, food ops didn't get the memo, at least some of them.

The only reason why the former Paramount Parks have Coke is because Paramount signed a deal with them before the Cedar Fair take over. If Coke give Cedar Fair a better deal, then all parks will have Coke next year, we shall see.

The park opens at 10am, maybe they were just not many people over in that area of the park yet. When I went to Carowinds last April, many of the rides were walk on for the few hours the park was open.

And Cedar Point is not trying to Beat Kings Island in anything, Same Company, they want both parks to make losts of money!

I ride in 7-1, and never have a problem of roughness. Yes some of the trainsitons are bad, but I have ridden far more worse rough steel coasters. Vekoma anyone?

I paid 169 for my Cedar Fair Platinium Pass, I wouldn't not want to see the price go higher. I do feel that I get a great value though. I have been to KI and CP about 5 times each, plus used my pass at Soak City at Cedar Point. I have used my pass 11 times this year so far, my pass is more then paid for, and we about half way thru.

That could very well be stock footage of Batman Knight Flight which is now Dominator Hard telling!
