I absolutely love Diamondback, that's the first ride I usually run to, when the park opens, my second option would be The Beast. Speaking of The Beast, I don't think Kings Island will ever remove it from the park, with its high popularity and it's record breaking performance. Also isn't it a National Landmark, which is mentioned on a plaque located at the beginning of the line? I don't think that Kings Island will ever remove The Beast, we'll in my opinion. However, I do believe that the next ride to be demolished would be Congo Falls. I don't really see a long line at Congo Falls like I see at White Water Canyon, even when it's really hot outside. I like Congo Falls, but not as much as I like White Water Canyon, so I could care less if Congo Falls was removed or not. As for my favorite area of the park, it's a toss up between Action Zone, RiverTown, and International Street. For International Street, I always hear music that makes me welcome at Kings Island and usually puts me in a good mood. I also like walking past the Candy Shop, the 80s store! and looking at the Eiffel Tower. For Action Zone, I like the unique style that it portrays, along with my favorite rides such as The Bat, Delirium, and Drop Tower. But I have to say my favorite area of Kings Island would have to be RiverTown. I like the theming of the West, and my all time favorite rides are in RiverTown, White Water Canyon, Diamondback and The Beast. I like the old time photos, the arcade and my personal favorite, The KI Miami Railroad. I like Coney Mall, and Oktoberfest too, but not as much as I like RiverTown.

What is your favorite Water Ride At KI?
kingsislandfan1972 replied to mccarthysnerd's topic in KI Polls
I like WWC because "You will get wet, You may get drenched.", which is pretty much guaranteed, also people complain that it's a long walk even if there isn't a long line in WWC, but there is a beautiful scenery to see, and exercise is good, especially for me. As long as I get to ride WWC, I don't care if I have to walk 2 miles. WWC is my favorite, even though Congo Falls came really close. -
That explains everything then, those are always big issues.

It still puzzles me why Adventure Express was never turned into an Indiana Jones when Paramount owned the park, it's what we all think It should of been.

"You'll never leave Bleekstone Manor, never, ahhhhhh." "You haven't seen the last of me." "Great job, please put your Boo Blasters in the holder and exit right."- Boo Blasters Ending. "Like nice going everyone it's time to put your bright lights back in the holder and please watch your step on the way out."- Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle ending. "You'll be back, hahaha, you'll be back, hahaha." - ending to Phantom Theater.

I remember when the campground was still open, my family and I used to just walk from the campground to Kings Island which was really convienient and cheaper than the Great Wolf Lodge. We used to go to Kings Island and go back to the campground and eat lunch and go back to Kings Island . It was more cheaper, than staying in a hotel too, so I'm in favor for a new campground , if possible.

For this who don't want to be scared...
kingsislandfan1972 replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
I would never need a No Boo necklace, because it love Halloween Haunt, and I don't scare easily. Although I haven't gotten scared by walking throughout the park or going through the haunted houses, I left my guard down when my little brother and I rode Boo Blasters at night, and a monster came out of nowhere near the scene where the two skeletons are in bed together and nearly scared the living day lights of me and my little brothers after we realized what had happend, we soon both laughed it off shortly after. -
The Halloween Haunt map looks really cool this year, I'll make sure to snag a few to add to my collection later this month when I go back to Kings Island.

I wish I could see this because this looks really creative, and I wish I could go when it opens, but there is no way I could come up with the money. I knew that we haven't seen the last of Paramount owning a theme park, I'm glad to see it happen once again after about 8 years. A large majority of my favorite movies are Paramount. Though, I am disappointed that I may never go to Spain and see this, I still can go to my favorite amusement park, the one, The only, Kings Island.

When I was younger, I used to stand in the fog machine area, and I used to pop out and scare people, of course since I'm older, I'm much to lazy to do so.

Wing it Friday nights at Halloween Haunt
kingsislandfan1972 replied to DonHelbig's topic in Kings Island
I shall accept this challenge, because this sounds like a great deal, and I love chicken wings, but I wonder if there is going to be a long line to wait in, but I'm sure it will be worth it. -
I have to choose Delirium, it doesn't get me that dizzy but I gets me more dizzy than anything on the list.

In the past few years, I haven't really seen a line for Congo Falls. I like White Water Canyon over Congo Falls any day when it's hot.

If I recall, wasn't there a dummy room scene, in the Phantom Theatre, that used to be my favorite scene.

Footage from kings island 2003
kingsislandfan1972 replied to CP&LERR Fan's topic in Kings Island History
I remember 2003 as if it were yesterday, I remember walking towards the Phantom Theatre, then shocked when I saw Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle, I am still deciding which ride I had liked better, I'm 50/50 on both rides. -
Sorry, but I'm a teenager myself because I'm around them so much, I tend to say based on what I see all around me.

One time in 2009, I saw a teenage boy with his girlfriend by the basketball game the one near the train at Kings Island. The girl distracted the employee and the boy stole a prize basketball. Then the boy came to me and said "Did you just see that?" Then he tried to give me a high five, I left him hanging. Then they left and I told security, they told me that they would keep an eye open, teenagers are not very bright, anytime I see this kind of behavior, I usually tell park employees.

I liked the Elephant Ears, I remember those when I was a kid, I wonder if Kings Island still has them.
