Sadly, not everyone's light burns real bright. Some people I don't think ever even had the switch turned on.

If you didn't know any better, it would be hard to even know what you was looking at. Looks like a big pile of scrap metal to me.

They did stop Gatekeeper when I Was up there for someones phone out. As far as I could tell, they took the phone and gave it back once the ride was over. Wonder if they gave them the option of giving up the phone or exiting the ride/park. Can they even eject them from the ride on the lift? It did look to me that they did give up their phone, I didn't pay any attention what happened after the ride was over.

Neat, I want one. Phil, who's taking care of his mom, and now intently eyeballing her nice granfather clock.

Yea, they do have one for Millennium Force. I saw it last week while in line for Millennium Force.

Learn something new everyday. Carry on.

Yea, that's what i'm sayin. Why don't they just say Racer. Your right though on the red side being north. The only way I would know is because of 71. Sadly, usually the only way I know what direction I'm going is when the road sign tells me so.

^Huh, thanks Goble. Guess I never thought of that, never seen one say south, even when both sides were open. Things that make ya go hmmm........

So, I have a question. On their board it always says Racer N. What in the world is the N for?
-
^Oh wow. That's just cool. Added to the game plan for the summer.

Really good info here. For sure hit up Flying Ace Ariel Chase, it's a good little ride. While your that way, I'd check out Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown (log flume). It's an excellent ride, also. Diamondback in the back of the train is possibly the best ride in the park, IMO. On a side note, while your a Cedar Point, check out Chickie and Pete's........ BEST.....FRIES.....EVER.....

So, do they set up a big projection screen? Boy, that sure sounds great. We used to have a pretty good drive in here untill just a few years ago. I still prefer a drive-in to a theatre anyday. Just love em.

Accident on Alton Towers Smiler

Wow, hope everything turns out to be alright for all involved. -
Me and my daughter just took a trip up last week, went up Memorial Day and came back that Wednesday. We had no problems riding everything multiple time with no Fast Lane's. Memorial Day was packed, and the longest we waited was an hour and fifteen minutes for Maverick. The big problem was the wind. As much as I watched the weather, it was something I never gave any thought to. Gatekeeper, Raptor, and Top Thrill Dragster were down all day Tuesday because of it. Guest Relations said Gemini was down also, but was running when I made it to that side of the park. I also highly recommend the tub of fries from Chickey and Pete's. Hands down, they have the best fries I have ever eaten. Enjoy yourself and be safe!

Boy, that's one rough looking place. Just goes to show ya how quickly things can go to waste. And people will protest anything on Facebook.

Yes, This guy's driving skill was just as good as his painting skills. The same guy wanted me to install a lexan late model spoiler (off one of our old race cars) on the top of the tailgate of the same truck. Said it would keep the rear of the truck on the ground at 90 mph I was scared every time he pulled out of his driveway.

^Unless your like me, I keep the lights off as much as I possibly can. My wife has accused me on several occasions of being a vampire. I tell her I'm just saving money.

Yea, I agree with that, a good paint job goes along way. I once seen a guy paint his pickup, with a 3 cans of spraypaint, in an hours time. He thought it was it was the best looking thing on the road. He was the only one...... Some time and good old-fashioned elbow grease makes all the differance in the world.

^Yea, I agree with the black paintjob I really like the colors of Cedar Point's Monster, but, JMO, I think the black keeps with the traditional feel of the older amusement park feeling that Coney Mall has. I love nostalgia. Guess i'm getting old.

Organize your rides something like this: Diamondback Firehawk Woodstock Express Vortex Invertigo The Beast Banshee White Water Canyon The Bat Flying Ace Aerial Chase Adventure Express Surf Dog The Racer Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown Delirium WindSeeker Drop Tower Backlot Stunt Coaster Congo Falls That will really rack up the steps. Forget the squad, might have to call in the 'copter for this guy.

They sure didn't waste anytime getting the cars dismounted. Thought they was still connected saturday when I was there.

Hating I didn't get to do the Coasterstock thing, but still got 2 solid days on this weekend. Seeing I didn't plan on going at all this weekend. You would not believe, when you get devastating news how a couple days at the park (or anything you love, for that matter) just how, relaxing, it can be. Everyone should be so lucky.......
