Yeah, I get that Hulk is their only launched coaster, and that just uses tires provided by a contractor. But at some point, they had a first hyper, a first inverted, a first wing. They have to start somewhere and HW is looking to make a bold statement. I guess anything is possible at this point. -

I'm going with the world's longest B&M flyer (beating out Tatsu) with some sort of splashdown. I would gladly substitute a launched flyer instead of the world's longest, though. -

I read on another forum a prediction of the world's first launched flyer while still lying on your back. That would be a thrill. -
No. They confiscated his camera and chest harness and allowed him to finish the ride.

I think I'm the same way - this is a much bigger deal for HW than Banshee is/was for KI. -

B&M launched wing or flyer seem to be the popular vote right now. Very anxious. -

So what I've read in several places is that the new coaster is going to "fly" over The Voyage. I didn't know this.. -

I guess I'm going to be suckered in and say this thing is a B&M Wing Coaster based on the clues. Who knows. Longest in the world, perhaps, with a splashdown utilizing Pilgrim's Plunge/Giraffica's area? -

It was definitely this. My work laptop only had IE11 for a browser. Chrome seems to work. -
I can state definitively that ride ops WILL climb the lift hill if necessary at KI. We were at the park a few weeks ago when someone had a camera out. After ignoring the PA, a ride op climbed up quite a few stairs to get to us. We had just started our ascent, but we were definitely 20-25% up the lift hill.

I like the way you think. That would be a perfect spot.

I hardly believe demolishing Shake, Rattle and Roll would lead to public outcry. Most people forget that it's even there. It's no Flying Eagles or anything..
-
Dismantled doesn't always mean demolished. I just helped dismantle an elementary school playground last week. It can still be put back together
-
It looks like it's done, period. It appears to be completely dismantled.

Day 63: "The endless storm intensified last night. At times we were certain the ship would collapse into the agitated sea. We feel helpless in the churning water."
