^Agreed, that stuff does need work. Lights near the Grand Carousel also need fixed.

I'm wondering, what parts of the park that you consider are being neglected?

Add some garland and ornaments to the first level of the Eiffel Tower, kind of like how they did with Haunt this year. And if they could, have one side of The Racer running.

Bump! After doing a search for the "Fort Washington House" (couldn't find any), I didn't know that the ghost of Missouri Jane also haunts the International Restaurant, and employee's hear banging of pots and pans!! Has anyone while working or visiting the park ever had anything strange happen to them? I think from what people have said, WinterFest is just right the way it is, I'd love The Racer to be open though, that would be icing on the cake!. I wonder if they'll add more lights next year? California's Great America now boasts 7 million lights, if Kings Island added 2 million more it would be an even bigger light show! Does anyone know if CGA started out with 5 million and added 2 million for this year?

Kings Island just updated their WinterFest calendar and has changed the hours!!! New hours for Saturdays only, the park now opens at 4 PM instead of 5 PM.. Info at https://www.visitkingsisland.com/explore/calendar-and-hours

Makes me so happy to hear all the good responses to Kings Island's WinterFest! Who would have thought it would be compared to a Disney park, and Dollywood's event? I am excited for the future of the park, to see what they have in store for everyone!

How big is the box? Is there enough room to put a Antique Car in it? That would be neat!

Everything I've heard and read is that Winterfest has been a big hit! I know it's just the 2nd night of the event, but if it keeps going this way, could they take home the Golden Ticket Award for Best Christmas Event of 2017? Dollywood has been the only park to gain this award, and this would be great for Kings Island to show off!

I would be happy if Kings Island spent some time upping their flat rides collection. Canada's Wonderland spends their time adding flats and roller coasters, Kings Island spends their time with adding roller coasters and what? Adding to Soak City? It's been awhile since a flat ride package for adults + everyone being introduced.

Today, Christmas lights are being added to the Eiffel Tower! It's getting closer!

Anyone think it will be an off year for rides? In 2016-2017 they added a ride/slides in Soak City and the next year added a restaurant, in that same time in 2016 Rivertown they built a new funnel cake restaurant and added a ride in 2017. For 2018 could be a new restaurant and 2019 new flat rides package. Time will tell if this is right.

I wouldn't count on that area being opened up yet, since they haven't announced anything for 2018.

I was happy at first but reading the info on the website for Holly Jolly Trolley, it looks like it will be used just for the singers. The question is, would they use it for taking people back and forth like the trams, while not using it for "Holly Jolly Trolley"?
