goofywdw
How can I possibly edit videos at school when the transfer track is moving!?
The Interpreter
The same way you will work in admissions when the transfer track might well be moving?
Jonathan
Lmao ^^. They better not be teasing us. If they were to put the trains on today, I see no sight on them on the webcam. Where are they if anyone knows?
firehawk fan
Will the trains arrive on some kind of flatbed truck before transfering them to the track? And will they put all three trains on the track? Maria
RailRider
The same way you will work in admissions when the transfer track might well be moving? Thats real funny, but true. Thankfully our MidQuarter started today so it should be pretty quite.
TOPGUN1993
Think they might open up the covered arbor again? That would be sweet if they added that pathway so it connected again, but on opening day 2008 the covered arbor was no ware to be seen.
CoastersRZ
That is because in 2008, the portion of the covered arbor was removed. That path way was originally severed with the 1998 renovation of Hanna Barbera Land, if my memory serves me correct. They added some more 'back of house' area to the food stand there, cutting off the path. I agree, it would be nice to have that walkway back, as it can be a pain when those food stands have long lines! But I don`t foresee that path coming back anytime soon as it is now used for tables for said restaurants.
The Interpreter
That arbored walkway was one of my favorite parts of Kings Island. I miss it especially when I see and walk through the similar ones at Six Flags over Georgia and Carowinds, in particular. Would that that be the something old that is new again! Talk about nostalgia! It needn't be where it was, but a revival would be splendid!
IndyGuy4KI
I can't wait to watch them test the trains, once on the track of course. Anyone else sitting on the edge of their seats?

I disagree, I want the testing first so it is operational opening day, but I understand what you are saying.
Jonathan
Since I think the snow is all said and done for us here in Ohio, I think we wont have much to worry about in terms of things happening on time for the coaster. I bet we'll see testing the second-third week in March if that.
The Interpreter
What? One of the largest snow storms the Ohio Valley has ever seen struck on St. Patrick's Day in the early 90's. Also, there's the ground hog thing. Not to mention that snow showers are in the forecast for this very week....
UnrealNightmare
Yes so you might want to knock on some wood. You might have just jinxed opening day.

We don't want any more snow to delay DB from being operational on opening day.
The Interpreter
And my point was that that March 17 snow that year was at least twice to two and a half times bigger than anything we've had so far this winter. It paralyzed the area for days. It did not, however, have the ice we had this last time.
UnrealNightmare
Webcam shows a train! Im uploading pic now. When did they sneak this on?
pyrocoasterkid
I was gonna say... We had 21 inches in mid march here in Cbus last year? Please knock on wood for all of us. Winter tends to come later here in these parts of Ohio. Edit: Holy crapoli! I was watching the cam and missed it too! awesome!

jlarimore
That lead car was backed in behind the storage track area at about 11:25 today. I happened to see a small flatbed truck with something on it. It looked like a car but it was hard to tell on the webcam. It was still wrapped in plastic on the truck.
