Big Thunder Mountain Railroad- Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom

I may share a birthday with these rides, but I have not been on any of them.

Oooo, you're missing out. Big Thunder Moiuntain Raildord is a very fun ride. Even though it looks small and for kids, it's very fun. Even my mom, who hates roller coasters, like it.

Just a side note, my mom doesn't ride much when we go to KI, but she watches Guiding Light on WKRC and the people on that soap opera went to Universal Studios Florida. My mom thinks that place looks like a lot of fun and she wants to go there. Yea her .

Unfortunately, your mom won't be watching Guiding Light for much longer...

Yeah, I know and so does she. She first heard about it on the radio and April 1 (April Foll's Day) and thought it was a joke. The company is still trying to figure out a way to keep the show partially going. She is soooo sad .

Coasters that opened in the US in 1982:

Corkscrew at the Alabama State Fairgrounds

Grizzly at Kings Dominion

Monser Mouse at Rocky Glen

Sooper Jet at Adventureland

Space Coaster at Saltair

Viper at Darien Lake

Of these, only Grizzly and Viper are still operating. Grizzly is a wooden coaster with PTC cars, while Viper is an Arrow custom looping coaster which appears to be similar to Vortex.

I was born in 1972, the year Kings Island opened. So, The Racer, the Eiffel Tower, and several other rides premiered the year I was born.

I was born in 71, so I guess all those rides were being built when I was born?

Some yes...Others were delivered to the park already built or moved from Coney Island...

I believe Action Theater opened. I was born in '94 and I think that is what someone told me.

I'm a Beast baby too, though I was born July 4th 1979. I got The Beast and fireworks for my birthday.

1987: Vortex opens. Zodiac is SBNO the entire season. Screamin' Demon is removed at the end of the season and sold to Camden Park.
