CoastersNSich
I thought that as the season has progressed, we've gotten to hear what songs are heard on the PA system throughout Kings Island in 2009. One thing we've noticed is that the same music plays EVERYWHERE, even in Boomerang Bay. I thought I'd get a list started, including some favorites: Styx - The Best of Times Robbie Dupree - Steal Away Billy Joel - My Life Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Elton John - Funeral For a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding Elton John & Kiki Dee - Don't Go Breakin' My Heart Boston - More Than A Feeling Yes - Rhythm of Love Fleetwood Mac - You Make Loving Fun Fleetwood Mac - Little Lies What are other songs you recognize, and or like, you've heard while in the park this season? LordSkippy
Wow. That soundtrack is a lot better than last year's Boomerang Bay soundtrack. It was fine at first, but it was like a one-hour loop, so I heard the same annoying songs about six times a day!!! Oh, and don't ask me why I italic my exclamation points. Long story. CoastersNSich
Yes, it was nice to hear a somewhat known (but great) song by Yes while waiting for a water slide - rather than the same old stock soundtrack you expect to hear at almost every water park. shortyOSU
some of the music they play in Diamondback's line is awful. Here We Go Again: PureNRG -a Christian pop group consisting of 2 14 year old girls and a 16 year old boy. the song is annoying, catchy, stupid, and every time I hear it I get so angry! It probably didn't help that I work(ed) Diamondback for a while.
Oldiesmann
A few I heard today: "Washed In The Water" by Needtobreathe "Show Me What I'm Looking For" by Carolina Liar "I Just Called To Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder
