But, this time life may intrude (as it did last year) for a totally different reason. If it does, I still hope to at least be on a coaster in my then hometown. Quote

From what ive heard swings like what SFSTL is getting are very intimidating being at there height but I mean were going 301 feet! Imagine being almost as tall as MF being that high and swinging around! I cant wait! Quote

pcc Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 I really wish I could, but, I'll be doing well to make it ONCE to the park this season. I graduate in November as a RN, so I'm in the home stretch of classes (3 more semesters!) So, my weekends will be filled until at least October with clinical hour fulfillment. We didn't even renew our passes. Here's hoping we can make it Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend. Quote

Flat Freak Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 I think it'd be fun to try for a first ride on WS (although employees and VIPs will have ridden it first, of course). If ERT starts at 9, how early would one need to arrive to get in line to be among the first 64? Will the park respect the line and escort the riders back, or will it be an undignified mad stampede when the gate opens (I refuse to participate)? Quote
