BavarianBeatle
I always liked King Cobra. Especially when it had the water in the helix.
markr
While I have always preferred Mantis, I must admit that King Cobra will always have a special place in my heart. I remember riding it for the first time in 1987 with my friend Doreen and being absolutely terrified and closing my eyes. It took a few years for me to adapt to it. jlopez
The first time I rode King Cobra was also the last yea it was open. i only rode it once. I really wish I would have rode it more than that. It was my first stand up coaster.
Jasper
I got the chance to ride the Cobra while it was still at KI. Do not really remember it however, I was younger and do not really recall the ride experience.

ohiocolts
Looks fun! What is the Olympic logo for?
markr
I would guess that he Olympic logo was displayed because the ride was supposed to be like a bobsled ride.
joecoaster
Loooooved Bayern Kurve as a kid. It seemed to go so fast. Always a favorite.
KIfan1980
Bayern Kurve is the ride I most associate with going to KI with my parents as a kid - great memories! The Olympic rings did tie into the bobsled theme as each "car" was a sled from a different country - as a kid, I was always trying to t into one of the good winter Olympic country sleds (not USA like most people).
