I mean, racer, FoF, Vortex, and the best arcade in the park = the best area of the park!

I have to say Action Zone. It has the best rides over all imo. It is also getting Delirium this year wich will make it better.

I like Action Zone better. Even though it may get crowded I still like it the best. Delirium will be a great addition to Action Zone that it was lacking before, a flat ride.

I like them both. Action Zone has it's fair share of thrill rides, as does Rivertown. Both of them house a Beast coaster, so how could you go wrong?

My favorite area is Paramount's King's Island as a whole I have no favorite area.

Rivertown and Coney Mall, Action Zone is my least favorite.

I enjoy Rivertown much more because all you see in AZ is a constant line. Im sorry, but when you first look at RTown compared to first look at AZ, RTown is much more pleasant.

A lot more clean as well.

Rivertown's atmosphere is much more peaceful and nice, but its only rides are Tomb Raider, White Water Canyon, The Beast, and the train. I'll have to go with Action Zone just because of its rides (SoB, Drop Zone, Face/Off, Top Gun, Delirium). With a new coaster or 2, Rivertown could be one of the best areas of the park. I mean it is called RIVERtown, but it only has 1 of the park's 3 water rides. It used to have 3, but then Kings Mill was rethemed to Nick and Keel Boat Canal became Tomb Raider. A water coaster would go good there.

There is more to a great area of the park than just its rides. I think Rivertown is much better than AZ. Firstly, its a heck of a lot less crowded than AZ is. Secondly, Rivertown actually has shaded areas so that you are not constantly exposed to the sun, unlike AZ. Thirdly, Rivertown seems cleaner to me, as there are less people there to junk it up. Finally, Looking at both of them, I am kinda disappointed with AZ as there are two large bathrooms in that one spot in the park. Nowhere else in the park does this occur. One would think PKI would get the hint on this, and the simple fact that there are too many people crammed into one area for it to be fun. AZ stinks in the middle of summer when it is packed with people and kids who are screwing around and acting stupid.

SOB_TOM why do you think that there are constent line in AZ? It is because there are only three rides that I concider in rivertown! (Beast, Tomb Raider, and White Water Caynon) but yet Action Zone is full of things as it area name says ACTION!!!!! that is why Action Zone is Better than Rivertown!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats tough because Tomb Raider is in river town. but face off is in Action Zone. Thoose are my to favorite rides. But I have to say Action Zone because it has the most ACTION. it has all the big coasters.

While Coney Island is my favorite area of the park like many others have said, my favorite area for rides is Action Zone and my favorite area in looks and atmosphere is Rivertown. So, it's a tie.

I love all the areas of PKI just the same but I would have to say that Rivertown is much more relaxing and it just seems more friendly.

Rivertown! i like Rivertown its not crowed or as busy as Action Zone

Rivertown for the atmosphere, Action Zone for the rides. It's pretty much a draw.

If memory serves me right, I have worked in Az since 2000. I love AZ because this is where the action takes place. Rivertown and AZ both have their advantages and disadantages but I feel AZ gets more guest pumped up when they come to the park. It is the first area of the park most guests visit due to location. Rivertown has some great attractions as well. Another reason I feel is that AZ has great associates that rock. We are one big giant happy family in the Zone. I have met a lot of great friends while being in the Zone. I know every area wants to reign supreme but we all represent the fact that we want to create those memorable experiences for guests. AZ all the way.

I like Rivertown the best.

AZ or Rivertown? I gotta say AZ. Its got Delirium, Slingshot, Son of Beast, Top Gun... well I don't need to make a list - you know what it has. Rivertown had Tomb Raider and The Beast. Delirium and TRTR are both awesome, so its a hard pick - you gotta move to the next one on the list. I certainly don't think that The Beast has enough clout to outweigh all of the other AZ rides. So I gotta say AZ.

For someone that has been going to Kings Island for a long time. I would have to say Rivertown. To me Action Zone is still new land of the park.

I don't know which one I like the best.I think they both have their pros and cons.

It really is hard to choose... My favorite ride in existance(Beast) is in Rivertown, but I also really like Drop Zone, Face/Off, Top Gun, and Son of Beast...

I'll have to go with Rivertown, not just because of The Beast, but because I love the "quiet, rustic" setting and atmosphere that it has. AZ just feels like a barren concrete desert.

Nice resurrection there! I'd have to say AZ. It's my home, and it has the best rides eva. Rvt does have good rides, but not enough. AZ outweighs the lack of rides in Rvt. Go AZ!!!

Its got the awful Oktoberfest Music and you have the drunks nearby.

I would have to say that even though Rivertown rocks my socks with Beast and TRTR, they also have the Train and WWC, however, since I am not the biggest fan of the Rapids Rides, especially really long ones, I would have to say scratch that, and the train, because it takes so long...

Action Zone, stuff I can cancel out include DOT, SoB and XSF, since I havent been on DOT and XSF, it is only a "non-existant ride" to me. SoB hurts, so Mega Scratch...

However, Delirium is Love, FACE/OFF Rocks Me! Top*Gun is great, maybe short, but great fun as well as Congo Falls!

So lets see, we have Beast/TRTR v. T*G/F-O/Duhlee/DZST

Well, since the ride area with more spped and height is also out int the open, and also this section houses the only large roller coasters in the park without cameras, I will say Action Zone!

Im sorry RvT, I love TRTR, and I do like Beast, but I like Delirium a little more, and I love Face/Off and Congo and Top*Gun.
