UnrealNightmare Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 No I don't. I don't even take a backpack. I usually bring myself my phone money/wallet and a friend or sometimes come with the rest of the family. You usually bring yourself? What about the times you do not? Things get weird! 3 Quote
jdawg1998 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I bring a Nike drawstring backpack when I have a lot of things and days I don't, I wear cargo shorts and put my stuff in the pockets. 4 Quote
faeriewench Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 My Georgia Aquarium drawstring backpack is always with me When I was small I had a fanny pack from CP, (still got it actually in my closet) but that was back when I would mimic my grandparents cause both of them had one. I think I stopped using it when I turned 11. Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 You fanny pack people (all five of you) You need an intervention 1 Quote
VortexBFForever Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 (edited) I always bring my waist pack to carry my wallet and my camera - the two things I always bring to parks. edit: And also my Platinum Pass; that's important too! Edited August 1, 2013 by VortexBFForever Quote
Oldschool75 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Say what you want( because I don't care). I always take my hipsack and wear it like a bandoleer. You know what? My stuff has never been stolen, and yes it is secured to me when I ride all rides. Never had a problem. So when when your stuff is stolen, or your wallet or keys fall out, your "coolness" won't help you one bit. I'll be sure to wave bye from my 4 door sedan as you are walking home from the park. 4 Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Cargo pockets...they work so well 4 Quote
YoungStud Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 I noticed the members that wear fanny packs call them by other names. 4 Quote
beastfan11 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I noticed the members that wear fanny packs call them by other names. Don't judge bro. 6 Quote
Oldschool75 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I noticed the members that wear fanny packs call them by other names. I do believe a fanny pack is when it is worn around the waist and the pocket sits on ones rear end. Just friendly reminder that you are teetering on a fine line of violating the TOS. Creating a poll to mock and make fun of other members for what they do is not tolerated by this site and true members. We don't need trolls here. So if that is all you want to do, I would suggest to just move along. I'm sure you will be gone as soon as the new coaster is built and running. We see your kind come and go every time a new ride is being built. Ok enough venting. 6 Quote
Dieseltech20 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 No, because I do not bring that much with me into the park. The wife uses a small backpack. As for Debit Card use, I have never been asked to show ID. I also do not sign the back of my cards. Talk about Rebellion. Lol Quote

CP&LERR Fan Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 No I don't wear one. I usually have a video camera and camera on me. 1 Quote
jcgoble3 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I bring a Nike drawstring backpack when I have a lot of things and days I don't, I wear cargo shorts and put my stuff in the pockets. Cargo shorts are uncomfortable and take forever to dry after water rides. A fanny pack allows me to wear more comfortable shorts that dry quicker. Say what you want( because I don't care). I always take my hipsack and wear it like a bandoleer. You know what? My stuff has never been stolen, and yes it is secured to me when I ride all rides. Never had a problem. jcgoble3 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 My American eagle shorts dry quick and are comfortable.. .it's like wearing boxers honestly Oh, really? Where do you get these shorts and how expensive are they? Quote
YoungStud Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 They are between 10-20$ and they are cool. I will wear a pair 9/8. They dry faster than say basketball shorts. Quote
The Interpreter Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Wouldn't American Eagle shorts come from American Eagle? 8 Quote
jcgoble3 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Wouldn't American Eagle shorts come from American Eagle? Not necessarily. The name is used by other companies as well. For example, Payless Shoe Source has its own brand of shoes called American Eagle by Payless, unrelated to American Eagle Outfitters. Quote
Ride On_17 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Cargo shorts all the way. Phone, water bottle, sunglasses, wallet all fit. Fanny packs are the ugliest things, but at least they can be helpful to people who wear them. 4 Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I was ganna say, I got my shorts during the 2 for $10 sale, with tees 7.99 a piece too, got some nice bright henley tees...Polos were I think 15.99 that week too as I got a few of those.. Comfy shorts, nice comfy soft shirts, accents your body type, and makes you look like a boss. Just ask my girlfriend when I wear a good outfit...or my blues 1 Quote
SupremoSteveo Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 2 for 10 shorts at American Eagle?? I've never seen them that cheap. 1 Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Well 10 dollars a pop, not 10 together, sorry if you thought 10 total..yeah that'd make my day ****, buy the whole store worth of my size then haha Quote
jdawg1998 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I don't ride water rides so cargo shorts are fine...and I find them very comfortable...I actually find fanny packs uncomfortable. Quote
SupremoSteveo Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Hey, 10 bucks a piece is still really good though! I'd buy quite a few pairs at that price. That's pretty much the only brand I wear shorts and jeans wise, they are so freaking comfortable. 1 Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Exactly, I love how comfortable they are...between that and their cotton boxers (plus they have glow in the dark that's freaking awesome haha), I'm so happy legs down with their clothes. The polos they offer are pretty nice, I still say Aeropostale has the best shirt fit for me, however their brand has changed way too much for the negative since I first was into them. The only thing I've seemed to like from them recently is pants, but I don't really wear pants considering it's summer, cargo shorts all the way. Refuse to wear hollister, Abercrombie, or Pacsun though...way to overpriced for really not that impressive quality... 1 Quote
Voicetek Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I did in the 1980s but not anymore. I don't usually have enough stuff to fool with to make it worth my while. I leave my phone in my car, besides, did you come to KI to ride rides or to talk and text? I bring only my car key, the other keys I leave on my keyring in the car. I keep my car key on my lanyard ring, and then loop my lanyard around one of my belt loops so if my key falls out of my pocket, it will still be secured. Then of course I have my wallet, which goes nicely into my back pocket. So really, you just need to bring the basics to enjoy a fun filled day at the park. No fanny pack for me! Quote
jcgoble3 Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 The cheapest cargo shorts I can find on the American Eagle website are $25. Where are the $10 shorts? Quote
