PKIVortex
I operated Bond in 2000, and 7th Portal and Smash Factory in 2001. I had those things memorized lol!
calakapepe
I only remember Spongebob vividly.I remember vaguely, the james bond one. It's a shame the moving seats are gone. Those things could really pack a punch and they were really cool!
kingsislandfan1972
I really did like the moving seats when it was SpongeBob 3D, but of course they made a bad decision when they took them out when SpongeBob was replaced by Dinosaurs 3D. thegajone
I rode Days of Thunder, James Bond, 7th Portal and Smash Factory, but no others after that. I have no interest in NASCAR whatsoever and have never seen the movie Days of Thunder, yet I still enjoyed that experience the most, I guess because it was the original. I too enjoyed the queue theming and pre-show as someone else mentioned. Hard to believe that the line spilled out well into the midway the first time I rode it. I did enjoy 7th Portal a lot too, as nonsensical as it might have been. Combining the 3-D with the motion simulator was great though.
APE
I despised the Spongebob attraction.
silver2005
I enjoyed Bond and Days of Thunder a lot for how the park promoted them at the park with movie props from each respective movie(s) around the queue. The pre-ride video for Bond was cool seeing they got Judi Dench (M) and Desmond Llewelyn (Q) to play their parts for a bit of authenticity. 7th Portal was just cool to look at, it looked really great on the projector and just the animation style. Smash Factory was just pure fun. Those were the only films I saw there.
JTW
I don't remember Bond, but there was a several year long break where I didn't get to the park once (gasp) so maybe I never saw it. I definitely do remember Days of Thunder having a stupid long line though.
kingsislandfan1972
Is the action theater even running this year?
Magenta Lizard
No, and it is unlabeled on the park map, so unlikely to start later in the season.
