The dip of the month is a Buffalo cheese dip.  I’m not a Buffalo fan, but I thought it was pretty food. My girlfriend is a big Buffalo fan and was on Cloud 9.  This will be available all of June in the Brewhouse. 

I love all different kinds of cheese but have never tried Buffalo, didn’t even know it was a thing. How does it compare to something like Goat cheese?

I think it’s a mixture of Buffalo Sauce and some sort of cream cheese. 

I am not a buffalo dip fan. It looks good for those that are. Can't wait to see what he has brewing for July.

Without ...... I knew it wasn't about me
