Timchat2 Posted July 18, 2023 Share Posted July 18, 2023 No time has been officially posted as far as I can tell. In 2019 the parade was at 8:00PM and in 2021 the parade was at 8:30PM. The posted showtimes for the regular shows change during Grand Carnivale, with RetroSpect moving its first time up to 6:15PM with the next showtime being 8:00PM. If includes plenty of information besides when the centerpiece of the event (and one of the most important pieces of information) starts. Clearly left off the press release.
