As always, I am first and foremost, praying for the families involved. I have also learned over the years to withhold my opinion until a full investigation is complete. I will say that for the most part, a large majority of fatalities appear to be the rider in error, although not all the time. I believe modifications will likely be made, even if said incidence was due to rider error. It's a matter of the company's public appearance of taking extra precaution in ensuring guest safety.
