That is still how ~99% of people visit parks. We are the 1%. 🙂 I'm not sure why the location of the HQ would have any meaningful impact on cap ex moves of individual parks. If CP doesn't get any big new additions in the near future, that would probably be because it's a relatively mature park that just debuted two new record-breaking coasters in '24 and '25, and not because of a conspiracy theory revolving around the HQ location.

I appreciate Brandon's passion, but I take anything he says with a grain of salt. I don't think this means KI or CP will be neglected one bit. They're still 2 of the top performers in the chain and plus there will still be an office in Sandusky. Now Carowinds on the other hand, I think is in KD territory post 305 as Copperhead didn't move the needle the way Fury and Intimidator (Thunder Striker) did. They have to have a good season next year with Rip Roarin Falls or they risk falling into the WOF/Dorney/Valleyfair territory in this new chain.

A few months late lol, but I can confirm the seatbelts were not shortened. I think the confusion stems from some rows being more accommodating. Even numbered rows have more leg room than odd numbers. I’ve seen many times how the even rows are drastically more accommodating for taller and larger guests than odd rows.

I can see Carowinds being sold. Nobody wants the lemons so they need to add an apple or two in the basket.

Decided to have some fun with AI and modernize Timberwolf into a more modern venue while keeping the rustic lodge feel to the venue. Safe to say I like the way these turn out. Sadly I don't think the park or corporate would it would be worth the investment. Also please excuse the kiddy ride in Drop Tower's spot in the 3rd one. I liked the way the venue concept turned out, but I didn't want to potentially ruin it by trying to get rid of the kiddy ride and putting Drop Tower back there.
