You do realize the waterpark is not a separate admission like up at CP?

I don’t really understand how moving it would benefit the park. I have not studied the terrain in question with moving it in mind but from the google map if they needed space in the area wouldn’t it be a whole lot cheaper to rework the paths around it and combine with the other open areas for another attraction. Moving a coaster has to cost a lot of money.

Why is an Intamin at KI so darn important to you? You live in Cbus and CP isn’t that much farther than KI and you have 5 to choose from.

Yeah, might want to plan for a stroller at CP. I know my 12 year wishes we had one.

What a concept. A protein spill floating in mid air, you know it’s there, and then deceleration and splat all over you. Just because you can build something doesn’t mean you should.

There is a limit and they do sell out. The limit is likely much much higher than we would like.

My Grandpa took me to a show when I was a kid. I suspect there have been some roster changes since then. If I weren’t camping that weekend would probably choose the Globetrotters over a mammoth wait for Steel Vengeance.

I have often wanted to camp near CP or KI rather than drive home after a long day but the economics of it don’t really work out well. Most commercial campgrounds are at least $25-$30 now per tent even for a primitive site and I can’t find any close enough to the park. A cheap motel can usually be found for $50-60. There probably isn’t enough money to be made by the park at those rates so if anything they would go the glampground route as there are more services they can charge for. As BSA members we could stay for free at Camp Freidlander which is only 13 miles away but you have to hike it in from the lot and that I am not interested in that after a full day at KI.

Campground or Glampground? Two very different things and CP only has the latter.

My guess is that for the other 99.9% of the public KI is completely off their radar screens until closer to opening and they wouldn’t pay attention to or remember something like a new restraunt announcement anyway. We kind of obsess about these things more than most.

Guys I just don’t see it. We are talking about $58 or so for one pass. Are you seriously living so close to the edge that there is a risk you can’t keep up with a $5 per month payment? (Or $20 for a family) And this supposed risk is weighed against at least $100 in fuel round trip cost to the nearest SIX park for processing. SIX wants your money, they don’t want to send you to collections and just like CF send you plenty of emails if your payment is declined.

Are there any coasters with camouflage themeing? The gift shop would sell tons of camouflage booty shorts with “Go Commando” plastered on the rear. Think of the per caps with that one! Of course a “certain someone” would have to go and feminize it with an ie nickname. Commie.

The marketing options are endless with a name like Commando. I love it. “Go Commando this Summer Season at Kings Island!” #GoCommando sure beats #whatsintheshed

Funny you should say that becuase nearly everytime I pass a drink stand they don’t have any drinks. But I guess all this would be better in the Nitpick thread.
