I've rode it 4 times so far the longest I waited was about 1hr and 15mins for the front seat.

Those are not lock nuts, those are however a type of lock washer. I'm not an engineer but I would say they are torqued to spec and that I highly doubt they are suppose to be super tight as we all know these rides need to flex and move. EDIT: The bottom does look loose to me. A major issue? Probably not, however anything questionable can be brought up at guest services.

I got platinum myself. I doubt it's an issue with sales.

I don't like soda that much in the park either, the strawberry powerade is where it's at!

I believe Copperhead is going to be the "speculated" GCI that Carowinds may be getting. Also why have 2 snake themed coasters in one park? Isn't a Diamondback worse than a Copperhead anyway? Wouldn't make sense for a giga, at least not too me.

When the park I work at gets inspected by the dept. of agriculture they use orange marking tape to mark off stuff that needs attention (loose bolts, hazards, etc.) I believe that's the case here. I even seen some orange ribbons on Banshee supports.

I miss action theater and tomb raider more than any. Keelboat canal and SOB are others I miss but can live without.

Big news guys, a tree fell at my work so we must be getting a GIGA in hocking hills at our adventure park!!

I have tickets for may 1st but not sure I will make it. I more than likely will be working until 5 and Cedar Point is 3hrs away.... I wanna go really bad but would an hour or hour and a half be worth it and would I even get to ride SV? I have always had bad luck at CP too...

Just because it is secured to you by a string doesn't make it ok. I can actually see that becoming worse, if you lost your grip it would be bouncing all over the place and hitting you or another person. Especially if it is a retractable string like I am assuming it is. Like another person stated there are perfect pov videos on KI's youtube if you wanna watch .
