Watch it be the POV of like Kenton’s Cove Keelboat Canal or like Bavarian Beetle (which would be very cool). Or maybe they are finally updating The Vortex POV. LOL! Hopefully it is Orion, but the park could be messing with us and releasing some other POV. Notice how the picture is from last year directed at where Orion is now. That could be a subtle teaser.

Kings Island stated that the POV will be released around the opening of Orion. The Orion Webcam will also go back online around the park’s opening.

I beg for mercy! LOL!

Let’s add a Zamperla Volare in 2021!

This is interesting. I do think the park will add a new rollercoaster sooner than some are thinking because after COVID-19, they are going to need to bring back lost guests. It will probably take a large addition in 3-4 years to bring back these guests.

Did Kings Island replace the American flags? Maybe they changed them to Kings Island flags to honor Tom Dillingham which I think is a great way to honor such an important figure, but I wonder if they are going to keep these flags. Credit: Don Helbig

They are bringing back Enchanted Voyage and the sky ride! LOL! In all honesty, I would assume it is something in Coney Mall, maybe some nice Racer upgrades or a Monster refurbishment?

Probably because they don’t want to contest Area 72 more than they need to. I assume it is the closet game to The Racer under the huge games building.

Now Area 72 has a restaurant, games, and two rollercoasters (one of them being the largest ride in the park). I wonder if this game is before you go under Racer or after you go under Racer if it is located near the Area 72 entrance. I also wonder if Orion will have its own merchandise stand like Mystic Timbers has outside the exit. Also, I can’t say the park isn’t providing any updates or teasers anymore. They are doing a great job! They have been sharing new angles of Orion and in the past few days, they shared two updates for the 2020 season that nobody knew (this new game and the new Dodgem sign). While these are small updates, they go a long way, and I can’t wait to see what else is new for 2020.

Hopefully this time next year things will be back to normal or at least almost back to normal. I hope a vaccine is proven effective soon and mass produced, so it can be administered. I also hope people don’t refuse to take the coronavirus vaccine.

We still don’t know what is in the quonset hut.

This is so true. And you have to sit so deep in them!

All we know so far is that they extended the outside queue line, but we don’t know what has changed with the indoor queue line.

I feel like it will lose its luster if it opens next season.

Love the sign! Even in the midst of COVID-19, the park still spends time and money to enhance the park! I am a sucker for small improvements like this. I love all of the TLC Coney Mall has been getting recently. Ever since Coney BBQ in 2018, Coney Mall has consistently gotten more attention than any other area of the park. And it will probably continue to get more attention with the removal of Vortex.

People just need to CALM DOWN! In this article it mentions how signage, announcement, and employees will be enforcing the mask policy. Tony Clark also said that he expects people to be keeping their masks on throughout the day, probably through enforcement.

Universal has done a decent job, so why can’t Cedar Fair? If they want this reopening to go as smooth as possible and establish the public’s trust, they better be enforcing their policies. If people see that Kings Island is not enforcing their safety policies, they will lose their trust in Kings Island.

This is unacceptable!
