From going to Cedar Point last month, I remembered that you needed to go through TSA to ride steel vengeance. I felt like a criminal before riding it. It's such a knee jerk Cedar Fair decision to fend off bad press.

For those thinking that this could of been a park decision, I am 90% confident this is not the case. No singular person is forced to stay in any job position. Even how amazing a job may be, it's still a job at the end of the day. Don is completely in control of his life and how he may choose to live it! I'd rather him be happy and do what he feels called to do than feel obligated to work in a position. I wish him the best for his future endeavors! Life is a limited time, one chapter starts when another ends, life will never be satisfying if a chapter is 80% of the book. Thank you Don for all the work you have done for the park with your years of service, you did a phenomenal job and I'm sure you will continue to be an influential figure for the park for years to come!

Just noticed that there is an old trivia question on the FunTV. It asks which ride experience is the fastest in the park, the awnsers are Slingshot, Orion, Drop Tower, The Beast. Slingshot is the awnser to the question.

Depending on what information comes out, we may divert our Carowinds plans to go to Kings Dominion instead. Likely will be a long while before it reopens but your never know!

Well there was the Bee Car incident earlier on this season

It's really more of a deterrent than a de facto shutdown of people only eating. If you only have 1 hour or so to eat for instance, you likely will not want to go to Kings Island to eat since you would need to burn 30 mins before you can get your meal. The people who mainly only go there to eat and leave likely never had any interest of riding rides or being in the park for a prolonged period of time. So really it come back to either commit and stay in the park for awhile or be inconvenienced for going to a world class amusement park just to to eat.

The meal plan has been great for the years I've had it. I think anti-hack policies should be in place as mentioned like no to-go assistance. I also think it would be a wise idea to restrict you from using your meal plan for 30 mins after you get to the park after 2 hours of it being open. If you arrived to the park for the first 2 hours it was open, no restriction. This would force people going there to #hackthesystem to either wait out 30 mins or go to the park early in the morning. Anyone staying at the park for the whole day wouldn't have a problem with waiting 30 mins, but if you are just there to eat then you have to wait.

The station would of been one amazing vip lounge, all I'm saying!
