  1. Oooh perfect place to have Amazon sponsor
  2. Double helix on The Beast Twisted hill on Orion Orion drop (specifically in the back) The quick turn into the first helix on BLSC, I've always loved that since 2015, the first time I remember going to KI
  3. Hahahaha KI won't be treated like Valleyfair, Dorney, and WoF in terms of large investments! Right? Right....?
  4. Well, the definition could be in what Six Flags Mexico is getting. If that ends up being a new super boomerang, I'll be pretty excited for 2026, if it ends up being a family boomerang... Eek. I'm not totally against another family-thrill coaster, but KI's lineup is full of them, and we just got SSBR. Which, imo, is more kiddie-family.
  5. Personally 1. I 305 (I just can't bring myself to call it anything else) 2. Orion 3. Fury 4. Millie 5. Leviathan I got my first rides on I 305 in the pitch black of night this past summer. That was something else. I think I ended up getting 15 rides in over 1 day and a night. At most 4 rides in a row before I felt I would pass out.
  6. Orion's drop feels more powerful. The whole ride feels more powerful imo. Completely agree, I think if they made the helix tighter it would be better than Orion
  7. Whining and expressing a very slight annoyance are different things.
  8. While I don't disagree, Orion is a giga, it's still annoying that it's not 300 feet tall.
  9. Yes you would totally feel those 13 extra feet at 90mph
  10. Banshee having it's greatest operating season so far.
  11. 315ish feet is not THAT crazy of a height.
  12. I believe Tron Lightcycle Run is sponsored by Enterprise car rentals
  13. Yeah kinda figured. Fun to speculate though.
  14. Why would the casket not be buried if SoB has been dead for 15ish years. Little odd....
  15. @rexpostal I think the only way you could come to that conclusion about BeastFarmer's comment is that you yourself are viewing it with a "colorful" slant. Or maybe I'm just naive, probably the latter to be honest. Please don't burn me at the stake.
  16. Causation and correlation are different things. Orion very likely did not cause a decrease in park attendance, that is a ridiculous claim. I'm sure you're rage baiting, but if you're not, I'll be praying for you to clear your mind.
  17. I prefer minis over the larger ones because there's no mid-course brake run and the elements are generally tighter and more forceful
  18. I had the same thought. But it's not just little details at CAG, it's across the whole park. Both parks in many ways are very similar or identical, so much so that a couple of times I zoned out and thought I was at KI. But the main difference, other than rides, is the details. KD is a much more detailed park. More trees, more water, more theming, more charm. I'm not saying KD is a better park, I'm saying it's a more immersive experience. All thanks to minor details. Though I went on two absolutely dead days, so maybe I just had more time to take everything in.
  19. Whole the idea to seriously alter The Beast might be completely ridiculous, it does give me optimism that the park is possibly willing to build a crazy, record breaking ride in The Vortex plot.
  20. I'm a big no on the giga dive 1. All the dive coasters I've ridden (Yukon Striker, Valravn, Iron Menace), have been quite boring after the drop with lackluster forces. 2. A recent complaint with newer B&Ms has the been their rattle. I got my first rides on Iron Menace today, and it was shaky, not rough, it just had a slight shift. And there's a painful jolt turning into the brakes run. With KI's history of rattley B&Ms, I'm worried a newer one would be even worse.
  21. I think a Titan Track GCI or ground up RMC Ibox would work great in The Vortex plot, and a sprawling, inversion based steel coaster as a front gate coaster would be incredible
  22. The chances of this happening are very slim, but... Dig a large lake that spans from part of The Vortex plot to the BLSC plot. Relocate Congo Falls to the BLSC plot and relocate BLSC to a smaller park. Build a large boardwalk bridge over the lake. Remove The Crypt building. Plant larger mature trees on the bank of the lake (weeping willows, oaks, other large shade trees.) Incredible wet dream, I know. But I wouldn't mind if the park didn't have any large coaster investments for awhile and invested in beauty and seclusion.
  23. For me Orion has the edge by quite a bit. Maybe I've just had bad rides on Millie, but Orion just seems so much crazier and more forceful. For me Orion has stand out moments (the speed hill, the wave turn, the twisted hill, and the pop into the brakes) and moments that don't necessarily hit nearly as much as they should or could (the turnaround, floater hill, helix). Millie is more consistent in having fun elements one after the other, but they just aren't that forceful. I have the same "problem" with Fury 325, though Fury does it much better.
