Ha. When I first read that I left out the comma in "died, in line" and it read in my head as "people fell out of the line for this ride and died" to me. I may just have some form of lexdysia. But you definetly hear those supposidly true stories a lot.

Maybe I need to go back to the point and ride Mean Streak again then. There are two coasters in this world I have truely hated. Mean Streak, and American Eagle at SFGAm. I remember them both as being plain awful, and painful.

I love photo TRs! They are like books with pictures...I don't have to read to get the point! But seriously, great TR. Maybe with a little luck, I'll make it up to the point this year...

I am wondering which park will be receiving Steel Venom from GL.

I hope they have it running smoothly come July 3rd. That is when my youth group is visiting. Anyone know what crowds will be like that day?

What fuel does the train run on?

Sometimes local schools are given vouchers for $20 tickets on certain days, just to let you know. I have an entire pack of those. There were a bunch sitting on our schools salad bar, so my friend grabbed one. One side of the coupon said save $20. But almost all the dates have passed for it, which were Apr 21,22,28,29 and May 5,6,12,13,18,19,20, and 23-31. With that coupon, 6 discounted admissions could be gotten. The other side is for $34.95 a ticket, which is good from June 1-August 26th for up to 6 disounted admissions.

I like that idea.

Eh, I doubt I'll eat there. I don't care for Chinese food much. Really, when I'm at a theme park, I'm such a penny pincher, I eat very little. When we went to SFOG, I had pretzel and a frozen tea.

Well, my aunt gave me a KI ticket for any day, so in theory I could go. But I don't know how my parents would feel about me driving 4 hours alone, considering I just got my license Monday. So to put it easily, no. I won't be there...

I've always heard the back car on FoF had the most leg room. I'm not sure if there is any truth to that however.

Well, I just saw a Firehawk commercial. It started with a guy running down a runway, and then he jumped up in to the air once he had enough speed. The commercial then went on to give the whole speal about "flying coaster, first of its kind for us" etc etc...and it also had some general ride footage. Overall, a pretty neat ad. I can't wait to fly!

I'm glad to see it's up and running, and amazed at what all has happend in such a short amount of time. I'm even more excited because my churches youth group will be heading up to KI this year, so I will definetly wait for FH.

I love rerides. At SFoG, I rode Superman twice, once in the front, once towards the rear (which has much more g's in the back it seemed) We then rode GASM twice, which has great airtime, espeically in the back. Next, we rode Ninja 3 times (take sfog regulars advice on that one, ride in the very back). That was the end of double rides due to crowds and check in times.

Darn, that kinda just makes me mad for some reason.

From what I saw at SFoG, their Flash Past must make some good money. The line was rather long to pick them up/purchase one when I saw it.

Yea, giving her the prize probably wasn't a good decision, though it may have seemed to be the right thing to do. If she was 12ish, though, she should have known when to stop at the game.

I really don't see a point in calling it The Bat. I say, leave it be for now. In fact, I really think TG is a theming idea that could be expanded on, although i don't see that as much of a possibility now that CF owns KI.

I really didn't know they even had "intensity ratings" When I see a ride that looks fun...I ride it, no questions asked.
