rsipus13 You probably know by now as you are able to see this with your regular account now. I have merged the new one you created to make your last post into your old name. As I went through your settings it looked as if somehow the board skin got changed. When I set it at the default community skin and refreshed from your account it looks normal. So I believe, nothing more needs to be done on our end at this point unless you indicate further action is needed. Please remember I reset your password so you should change it back to your old one or make a new one. Have a great afternoon and sorry for all your troubles.

TombRaiderFTW Your apology is not accepted because you have no reason to apologize. In fact I should apologize for using a poor example on my part, afterwards I thought Oh-no someone is going to think I was talking about them. I was just tiring to get in on the conversation and to encourage members to not hold back on their hopes and desires for the park. Opening up here about becoming an Admin. there are many times I want to post about something to get in on the conversation or say something on a subject from my point of view. I hold back more theses days because I fear with the title a different weight is put on my posts than there should be. In my earlier post is one that I fear got taken that way and if so I am sorry for that. About Holiday Worlds new water slide let me just say my whole family is very excited about going down next year as we love the round family style tube slides. This one looks awesome. I have always wished they would make them so you would go down for a while then go back up some how and let us descend back down to give a longer ride. Even though I wished but knew they where not getting anything for the dry side we were disappointed because we like that side and would like something new there As disappointed as we are about nothing new on the dry side we are a thousand times that excited about the new water slide addition. One more note here; we heard a national magazine claimed that Holiday World Splashin Safari is the new number one water park and bumped Typhoon Lagoon to the second spot. Have been to both and love them both, I lost more belief in those magazine rankings. Another example; say Kings Island announced a new addition to Boomerang Bay but then said they changed their minds and now decided to make over the international street area to include new sit down restaurants and a new Royal Fountain up grade to include nightly continuous water light show set to music. Well I would be disappointed about the water park but ecstatic about International Street make over.

Your post got removed because you were suggesting that someone should take pictures while ridding on WindSeeker which is against Kings Island ridding rules for that attraction.

Dane is aware of it and is working through the new features. The "Like" button is only a test for now so we may be more consistent with testing, just like the park. Another nice feature for those who post long post like trip reports. The post box has a auto save feature and shows when the last save was done. This is the Rumors section and I see nothing wrong with members speculating and hoping for an attraction on their personal wish list for Kings Island. I mean it is human nature for all of us to do this with our-self, so why not share it and disappointment well that is a fact of life. It is only bad when some take disappointment to far on expressing it or when those who do not understand the difference between ones hope disappointment versus the ones who get nasty about their disappointment. Take for example Holiday Worlds new Water Slide for 2012 many enthusiast where disappointed that it was not another type of attraction they had hoped for and some of them expressed that in their own way (which in the enthusiast world this was no surprise) but I do not think I saw one way over the top. Shortly after here came the "why is everyone so upset" or You can not please the enthusiast for nothing" comments. I feel those blow back comments are as misguided as the accusations they make. Now if someone was bashing the park harshly and threatening not go back to the park then I think blow back comments are warranted. I have no problem reading what others hope for and enjoy speculating about the possibilities and the likelihood of some of them. I have wanted to see a major expansion for Boomerang Bay for years and asked about it here and at events. Always maybe next season but right now other parts of the park is needing enhancements and we support that move. So yes I have been disappointed year after year considering my family is a huge water park family but I did not get nasty about it but just Moved On. So I REALLY REALLY hope it is an expansion in some form at Boomerang Bay next year......AGAIN!

Yes Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Hollywood Studious, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure and Cedar Point. Those are the parks I have been to and was assigned to a row by an attendant.

jcgoble3 as Dane stated he was up very late trying to get this update finished, he had some trouble and decided to quit for the evening. It is easier to update late when lees members are on the board. He left a note for us to help find bugs that need to be adjusted. Just leave a nice note about your preferences that are no longer available and I am sure he will look into it. I set my page number to 30 especially since i am on the road, it helps me from needing to turn pages. Thanks Dane for the update and hard work behind the scenes. I have notices that profile pictures are being used as members avatar, instead of what the members specified picture uploaded to be their avatar. I did notice when I went to update my picture it shows my latest selected avatar picture with me in front of T-Rex at KI DA. Edited to add; Ok after plying around with it for a bit it has my profile picture as my avatar picture an has my avatar picture as my profile picture. those pictures have been switched and i noticed a few others like that as well. I will keep mine like it is for now so if you need reference you can look at mine. Basically Flying over Disney with the family has been my profile picture for years but now it is become my avatar picture after the update and my most recent uploaded avatar picture (back in May) is me in front of T-Rex now has become my profile picture after the update.

I would like to say I support everyone involved in this horrible situation in which most did not ask for. I support ACE as an organization for and what they are trying to accomplish while having fun in supporting parks from around the world. I support Russ as someone who is a volunteer and must make difficult decisions at times at the risk of his reputation. I support Kings Island and the employees of Kings Island who are trying to provide a fun safe atmosphere for all those who enter their gates. I support RaptorGuy who cares enough to speak up when he feels he should and when appropriate. There is a lot of tension about this situation and in truth none of us have enough information to pass judgement on anybody and if we do then maybe we should look within ourselves first. I think what would be refreshing and appropriate if those who feel they should, take personal responsibility for their actions. That is something we all can get behind, support and respect. This is not aimed at one person or persons but at all of us. Many times we say things in a heat of a moment or in a careless but non purposeful way, but then it effects many innocent people even those who know nothing about the situation. Taking responsibility for our own actions is the first step in the healing process and forgiveness. I think further finger pointing at this point is counter productive and not good for the enthusiast community as a whole, after all we all share similar love in visiting Amusement/Theme Parks. I sincerely hope only those who are directly involved in some way take time to reflect on their part and how it has affected others then in their own way take personal responsibility for their actions. Sounds like you guys a fun relaxing day at Animal Kingdom and thank goodness for that because Animal Kingdom is so spread out. Nice picture during your safari ride. Like you we have always wanted to stay at Animal Kingdom Resort but two things we would to make that happen 1) rental car 2) a Savanna view; Jiko is my wife's favorite restaurant mainly because she likes 1 certain dish they serve. My first visit I had the brazed bone on short ribs too and sounds like we both have the same review of it. Nice plate presentaion and the thought of a big bone thing at an African restaurant seemed cool enough to order. To bold of flavor for me But my meals there since have been nothing short of excellent. honest. Hey by chance did you notice the walls changing colors slowly as you dined. Such a neat affext it meesed with me at first thinking "hey wasn't the walls red earlier?" Looking forward to your next update, I can not believe we are half way through this trip. P.S. you do not owe me a Bombay or a Rack of Ribs, i know how much time it takes to do a report like this and i do enjoy reading and seeing how your trip unfolded. So we are even.

Rumor is and that is if the rumor has any validity to it is that CP DA will be smaller than KI. Kings Island has often said they plan to add to their DA park in the coming years.

Bennett I do not know if you are a member of ACE or not but assume not as it seems you are unaware of their code of conduct here , It seems clear in there expectations which is rarely enforced but due to the position one may hold a higher standard is expected. I have no inside with ACE and will not second guess their situation in the matter as I am sure this is something they would have preferred to not deal with. They say he was warned but he continued to the point they felt the need to distance themselves from his statements. I can see why they would want some to know he no longer holds a office with them in a public way. This is a very sensitive topic and one that is worth holding open as long as everyone here understands the sensitive nature and not post disrespectful post one way or the other as that is a TOS violation here. I wish Raptorguy who has been a friend through the years the best during this difficult time.

My thoughts on the possibility of Cedar Point adding a Dinosaur Alive walk through. First as soon as I heard Kings Island was going to get theirs I felt it was going to be very successful but I just do not get the same feeling about Dinosaurs Alive going in and being successful at Cedar Point. Do not get me wrong if they do I hope it is successful as they hope it would be, but I'm just not feeling it there. I loved the Paddlewheel Excursion when I was there and felt it gives Cedar Point special charm with that attraction in the offerings. So I would rather not see Dinosaurs Alive at Cedar Point if that means taking away Paddlewheel Excursion but rather another type of walk through pay attraction with a different theme would work better. This one for me is a bit tougher.

It will still be the longest in wooded wooden coaster in America.

Yeah I thought about that but it sits so far back that I wonder if a daily show would do well back there. Disney Eat to The Beat has performers like Startship do 3 shows per evening that could be used for a concert series at the Showplace but other parks have the performers do 1 longer show which could use TimerWolf stage. I am not saying it could happen one way or another for any type of show and at what place, as I have no information on my part to support anything of the such. Just throwing my wish list out there

I really would not care if it was All wheels just as long as it was something different.
