  1. Also, because its nowhere near as good as many of the other Christmas events.
  2. If they keep adding a house each year as good as Order of the Dragon, the event will be better overall every year. Fingers crossed!
  3. Who cares if AI slop is taking over? The goal should be to reverse that trend and use less of it. Its damaging to the environment and to artists alike. The only good of AI is it allows creators to avoid paying actual artists and performers. Its slop and should be shunned, as opposed to just giving in and accepting.
  4. I’m 45. I don’t give a **** about Bruce Springsteen. My wife is 45 and she doesn’t give a **** about Bruce Springsteen. My friends are in their 40s and don’t give a **** about Bruce Springsteen. I would be shocked if my kids in their 20s had even heard of Bruce Springsteen. He was popular amongst teenagers in the 80s, who are all now well into their 60s. He had no true draw amongst people under that age. He’s basically an utter nobody to my kids.
  5. Why would they retheme a coaster to something no one under 65 cares about? That doesn’t make much sense at all.
  6. The exact same thing happened to us on Killmart/Dragon, too. And then it was more annoying because the lady didn’t say anymore to people on Killmart doing it after us
  7. So, the Conjuring ruled so much, BUUUUUUUT Order of the Dragon MIGHT be better. It gave off huge HHN original haunt vibes. Just beyond the usual KI stuff. ill gladly pay extra for next level haunts like those two. Just tremendous.
  8. Oh wow. So people can't purchase stuff online, they have to do it at the park the day of? That's preposterous, given how many people actually bought their season pass business. Egads. Has the company done anything right this year? Good lord.
  9. Cups are needed to drink water. Paper maps aren't needed to navigate the paper. Its not comparable.
  10. I mean, just because one thing is bad doesn't mean you should just forget that something else is also bad. It's all a drop in the cup to the emissions tossed in the air by India and China, but that doesn't mean we should just give up and do nothing.
  11. That's fine! Many people prefer Chipotle to McDonalds! It doesn't mean I want a burrito when I'm craving a Big Mac.
  12. That isn't what was being said. The post was about wanting Haunt to be more like the religiously themed event at Dollywood...
  13. I'm totally fine being in some cramped areas. It is just being such a big fella that having to crawl in a little hole is too much for me.
  14. Yes, the event named HAUNT should be done up like the fall festival event at the highly religious amusement park in the nountains.
  15. I remember that Curse of the Crypt had a section where you crawled through something and it gave me a legitimate panic attack. Its why I'm leery of doing the Conjuring house since it does have a crawling component. There's no way I can do that now, bigger and more of a scaredy cat about my claustrophobia.
  16. This is crybaby stuff. If you don't want Halloween Haunt, don't go to Halloween Haunt.
  17. There are absolutely scare actors that have done it on purpose. I'm certain they apologize and act like they didn't, but there's not a chance that no scares actors ever did that on purpose.
  18. Of course they have. Sometimes on purpose, I would imagine. An apology at best is all that happens. Then, the night just moves along. What else could possibly happen?
  19. When? On Fridays and Saturdays in October? The opening day? A random weekday in May after daily operations begins? First thing in the morning? Minutes before closing? Right at lunch time? Seems like it could have different waits during the day every single day.
  20. Most of the grandparents are now people that grew up on Nickelodeon and not Peanuts. You are thinking more of great grandparents.
  21. Nah. Wasteful and environmentally unfriendly.
  22. Yeah, I agree. The rides will have people on them no matter what they are called. Getting the Peanuts at a discount makes as much sense as swapping them out to Looney Tunes or whatever. Neither one is particularly popular with people under 10.
  23. And those are kids being dressed by the people who were ten years old when this started. Those people do not care about Peanuts, either.
  24. I work in an elementary school. I have seen zero kids ever wear a Peanuts shirt. Like never. Its nothing of relevance to kids at all in 2025.
