I just looked at PKI.com and they have replace the picture of Spongebob with The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera picture. Still they could be still showing two shows like last year.

If IR opens next year it will not be a TGIF's.

I found out that the old Disney train that was at Cedar Point is going to Knott's. Also something else is going on I will post more when I found out.

I don't think SOB is getting new trains. If you read what has been written from the park they are just going to make the trains lighter.

So when will Kings Island say that a big ride is coming in the area of Fort Cooper? If I found out soon it just might make me renew my pass to Kings Island for next year. You think the marketing team would say come ride the new SOB with a big ride to be named later. Right now at Kroger they are selling single day passes already with Sponge Bob on them.

I wonder what the lay out of the track will look like. PKI will have to rework the track into the last rosebowl.

Has anyone heard from the park about the loop? With the weather being so nice it would not be to hard to get someone at the park to take a picture inside the park and put it on pki.com for us to see.

If you look very hard in picture you can still see the loop. Its hard to see but you can make it out. Look in the red box that I have added.

Well last year you could see the loop over their and now its gone. Unless the loop is on its side on the ground. I also wonder what else is going on it that area?

I saw some pictures today I was wondering if Kings Island might try to bring back Winter Fest or something like it down the road. The pictures are from Knott's Marry Farms I saw that Kings Island and Knott's used some of same art work on the t-shirts this year for Fear Fest and Knott's Scarry Farms.

Has anyone been to the park during the off season. I hear they are testing SOB some more.

Well the to coasters are different. On Screamin Demon you started at the top of the hill, went into the loop and back on to another hill. On Grezzed Lighting you at the start their is no hill and you went into loop, up a lift hill. I ment the frist Arrow first suspended coaster was in the video.

One thing is for sure. Mr. Stengel KNOWS. And CBS/Paramount Parks and by now Cedar Fair all know, too. If alterations were made (and they are widely assumed to have been), the next question becomes whether those alterations affected what happened thereafter. I seem to remember the coaster was closed for modifications on several occasions, and that is even assuming it was built in accordance with the plans to start with. If you remember, Paramount Parks took over the general contracting on the ride early on. I don't know how alter SOB is but if you look down while in line you can see some footers that where not used. I think I have a picture of the SOB model PKI showed off in 1999.

I also think its odd KI won for Winterfest. Does anyone think Cedar Fair will change their mind in two years? I can see not having this year so they can get the park the way Cedar Fair wants for next season. After that I can see Winterfest returning.

I found a old video from the 1979 show Anerica Screams. It shows the Screamin' Demon in action along with the worlds frist Arrow Suspended coaster at the Arrow site. I guess The Bat was the frist arrow Suspended coaster to open in a park.

When was this ride taken out at Kings Island? Also is something else is going on?

I don't know if a new ride is coming next year, but I do know something is coming.

PGA and PKD have already dropped the name Crocodile Dundee name. The parks are just calling it Boomerang Bay. Also if Kings Island gets a new thrill ride look at Coney Mall when was the last time it got a thrill ride?

Back in the summer of 1999 when Stealth was being built. All the local tv stations showed a POV of stealth and said that a coaster like this was coming in 2000, but we got Son of Beast.
