Well The Beast is not over rated. If you did not ride The Beast during the 80's yeah its slowen down and now has pads in the sets with lap bars. When I frist rode The Beast it had a plastic seat with no pads for your head or butt and just one bar that came down like on The Beastie. This ride had alot of air time plus you know why they named it The Beaste.

What no one put Water Works or the old zoo area on the pull.

The Bear was left out so if you ride the train in the fall you can see it behind a tree in the woods next to the road. The actors left in 1979 but the theme was still up in the 90s just with out actors. so PKI Punk your kinda right

For the 25th season Kings Island had a very small history museum in the Ski Lab area. It had pictures and maps from opening day to the 25th season with facts for each year. I think they did have the old Bat Sign out with lights on at night. Well the next year Ski Lab came back and the history museum was gone. So anyone at PKI know what happend to those maps, pictures, and old signs? I bet they are still sitting around the park.

Well with the Kings Island Hotel and Great Wolf Lodge I can see this as a big plus. I only live 30 mins. from the park so I don't think I will be staying their.

I have been asking that question for 10 years. Kings Island does look very run down with cracking asphalt and cheap carnival feel. I wish Paramount Parks would fix the park up. It would not hurt not getting a ride and fixing the cracking walk ways and fixing the cheap carnival fell.

Nice Pictures I see PCW still has a Ski Lab and their Stand up that looks alot like the King Cobra in the park still running. If I was not going to Disneyland C.A. I would have got a Gold pass to ride those rides.

I don't think PKI ever has done a lock-in. I know the Cincinnati Zoo does.

I think MGM licensing issue is the big reason why you will not find a Adams Family coaster at any Paramount Park. I think MGM whats to much money to use the name Adams Family which they still own. Paramount just had the rights to make the movies with MGM at the time. Sorry no Adams coaster. How about that Flying Tilt Coaster

The Addams Family project is in limbo right now so we shouldn’t expect to see it anytime soon at any of the Paramount Parks. here is the llink So no Addams Family for any park.

The next big ride the Tilt Coaster. I think it will have a different name I could see them useing the Borg name again. I could see the 3-D movie being used from Vegas. The hotel park is run down and could use some TLC. If you go to Vegas don't goto its not wroth it.

From what I was tould Bonfante Gardens is managed by Paramount Parks not owned. You can use your Gold Pass to get in for free to Bonfante Gardens. The park is down the road from Great America about 5 miles a part. I did not visit I just drove by on my way out west.

That's not the way things go. The Racers and Beast are older than King Cobra, yet the Cobra is gone. Should they have taken out the other two first because they were older? I don't think so. They can take a coaster away wherever and whenever they want. Vortex just got fixed two years ago and repainted, and also the wood on The Racers and The Scooby Doo/Beastie have been replaced. Also if you what to put The Beast has had some wood replaced over the years also. I really Don' think any coaster will be going soon. Top Gun just needs a new paint job the steel is good unlike that on the Cobera so it should be in park little longer.

I like to see the Top-Gun Tilt coaster. Not to be mean but the Adams Family has not come up on any of the new polls so I guess that idea will not be built. I don't have the picture of the tilt coaster, but would Paramount go out and spend the money on making a CGI model of the ride? All they showed for the Adams family coaster was two hand drawen pictures.

This is just silly a poll with only one thing to pick from. Someone please close this down. P.S. The Paramount Parks might not be for sale any more. We will find out more in 2006, but looks like things will stay the same.

I guess high up people working at Paramount have not been to Cincinnati Ohio.

So will Congo Falls be coming out of PKI next? Diamond Falls is just a clone of Congo/Amazon Falls at PKI. I know their is not alot of room over in that area of Action Zone but a good size flat would be nice. Unless they take out Timber Woof and PKI would have the same size land as PKD.

The SOB all ready has a sign in the line when you frist go in. Also I think The Beast has the same sign but that ones on the hidden just alittle.

PKI got some of their cars burned if the fire awhile back so thats way PCW will open their IJSC frist.

Well I don't think anything is going to happen. Lets see Universal opens a new 3-D flim last year that replaces Nickelodeon Studios. Also Universal has the rights to Hanna-Barbera I have a picture of Scooby and its not six flags or Paramount Parks.

Yeah PKI could use another dark ride. Parmaount has alot to pick from in the movies they own. I don't think a Indy ride will come to a Paramount park seeing disney owns the right to that type of ride. Congo Falls could be retheme very easy all they have to is add some jungle around the ride. What type of ride would you like ride in a boat or cars?

Viacom will split the company into two pieces by the first quarter of 2006. The company would be split into a more Growth Oriented company (Paramount Pictures, MTV, BET, Music, Publishing) and a Value company (CBS, UPN, TV Productions, TV Stations, Showtime, and the Paramount Parks division). So it looks like Paramount Parks will still be running the park after 2006. Unless Viacom whats to sell the parks still.

Kings Island has alot of ads from day one so I don't think its a big deal. Also the ad money helps pay for the park.
