Did she "dangle" the child over the enclosure (like Michael Jackson did many years ago at a hotel) or did she lift the child above a railing and lost control? There is a significant difference between the two. One being malicious, the other- not so much.

No it's not.Dumb? Certainly. Inexcuseable? Other than dropping the child with malicious intent, it is a dumb mistake. Let it be a learning experience for others. "Inexcusable" suggests the mother should lose her rights as a parent and at this point the punishment does not fit the crime.

People make mistakes. As of right now, given her & the father's reaction of immediately jumping into the enclosure, there is no reason to believe this is anything but an innocent (and INCREDIBLY stupid) mistake. We have all made boneheaded decisions at some point, especially dealing with kids. Difference being our mistake(s) typically don't make national headlines.

I can only hope this story & soon to be charges go viral scaring future parents from having a similar brain fart. I also hope the charges remain a summary & small fine.

The hiccup with the insurance payout is the operator of the club paid for the insurance. He not only covered the building but also all the items in the building he provided & paid for.

Be sure to be engaging & show energy. Too often those being interviewed show little energy due to being nervous & it is perceived as being unmotivated. Also- ask questions. It shows genuine interest in the job. Good luck!

And among all his well detailed & opinionated "faults", somehow CF prospered. I can think of another President who is blamed for everything, yet the country is not doing nearly as bad as some want to make it seem. I can only hope those who take such time to detail the negatives, the positives are not forgotten. Let's face it, everything he did could not have been all bad nor that much different than others in the same position of power.

It is very possible the use of "forgery" was used incorrectly & is being taken in the literal sense. It is possible the document seen was for another park patron & not the handicapped child.

Evacuation to this extent is newsworthy. It does frustrate me that the media will use a park's website defining a ride that is meant to create a thrilling fantasy adventure as use it as something serious and over dramatic.

And it is sad that the park has to have such policies because the ones purchasing the pass are representing such little integrity for the kids. Moral of the story- read the fine print. If you do not agree with it, don't buy the item & complain later.
