I was in the park yesterday. Generally, on Sunday's the park is not busy at all at opening time and gets gradually busier throughout the day. The water park was packed at 1pm when we went over there. I didn't wait more than 20 minutes for anything in the hard park.

I rode Invertigo yesterday for the first time with the new trains. Seems like it was running a lot faster. My brother in law blacked out twice.
-
It's probably not complete.

He's asking a question. He's allowed to ask a question. Why does the park file the paperwork the way they do? I don't know. They do it. The blueprints aren't fake. The ride layout is going to be about what we've figured out. If you aren't happy with it, don't support the park financially.

I rode Beastie and AE and hated them, but decided in 1996 that I was going to conquer my fears and ride FoF on opening day. I loved it. I rode the rest of the coasters at KI that day.
-
You don't. You paid for them and used them. You are likely SOL.

If the struggles of Hagrid's coaster at Universal weren't enough reason to stay the hell away.
-
This is incorrect. Maybe not to the same height, but they made many Hydraulic launch coasters, which is the main issue with these rides.

HUGE announcement from BGW!

No on-ride video... wow. -
I rode this while I was in Japan, it was awesome!
-
I would almost guarantee that they are. Also, they aren't posting these posters for KIC, they are posting them for the GP.

I'm going to take a few laps for Dale to cool off.

You mean like 2018?
-
The mistakes they made on the first print.
-
They would have to weld brackets onto the track and add brake components back there, interesting idea, but extremely expensive.
-
My assumption is the reason they dont want the coasters stopping on the lift hills (unless they have to) is wear and tear on the gear boxes. That's why they run all day long, even if there isn't a coaster on the hill. That being said, it may be possible to completely stop it before the first lift hill, but unlikely.

How sure are you that it never ran 4 trains? I recall early on, the ride would almost always come to a complete stop in the MCBR. However, the rest of this is correct, when they would run a third train, they would almost always have one waiting in the turnaround between the load and unload station. I'm sure the park has assessed the capacity difference in running 2 and 3 trains and it's probably not significant. AE had a big stacking problem on the second lift. I assume that's why they stopped running the third train.

I figured the 6,xxx,xxx on FoF was incorrect, because there is no way it has only given that many rides.

Speed: The Ride is being revived!

Website had been updated and said that rumor was false. -
For every guy that doesn't pull up the seat, there are 10 women who squat over a seat. Hard to believe, but their aim isn't great.
-
I can assure that the women's restrooms are far more gross than the men's.
-
Not sure how it's currently done, when I was in the department the bathrooms were broken up as such: International Street: Inside and outside front gate bathrooms Action Zone: Festhaus, Banshee, Coney: Oktoberfest & Vortex Rivertown: Rivertown Larosas, Diamondback & Brewhouse Snoopy: Planet Snoopy, Picnic Grove & Family Care Center Boomerang Bay: Restrooms + Shower House There would be some shifting, from time to time, and doubling up on areas, but for the most part, there is one attendant per bathroom plus a Supervisor in the area who checks in on them as well. At the end of the night the bathrooms are cleaned and shutdown, the mats are pulled up and washed, replaced in the morning when they open.
-
Maybe the park stopped the teasing campaign when you guys found all the blue prints.
-
I would hate to see another coaster go in there. I think if they are going to build a new coaster, they should remove Backlot and use that area.
-
I can assure you that you don't want to know. However, people smearing fecal matter on the stalls and walls of the bathrooms happens more often than it should.
