Yup, I always check the calendars for amusement parks in late summer/fall lots of buy outs during that time.

Today was DEAD. Monday was apparently pretty busy, but I'm thinking some schools were maybe still off on Monday.

I'd say the shop is likely being cleared out for something related to Haunt or Winterfest. It's WAY to soon to start construction for a restaurant.

Yeah, Sundays are typically not as busy as Saturdays in amusement parks. So we will see. I might just wait until next year. I'll see how work goes.

How busy does KK get on Sundays? I don't think I'm going to make it this week so if I go this year it'll be a Sun.

Bat isn't going to go anywhere... They could build a whole other coaster between it, Banshee and the midway lol. It fills it's hole to well for riders that want something a bit less intense.

Makes sense... I'd bet that the smokehouse in the waterpark could be turned into something else next season. Kind of like a beta test to see how things do before moving to the hardpark.

Anyone at the park today? Curious how the lines are going to be this week with the ticket discount. Someone on FB was complaining... but yeah the GP will complain about MT if the line is at the entrance without any queues open. (which makes it like 20 minutes.)

They don't have that anymore? That was such an improvement when they started it back in like 05.

5-8 inches is a huge spread lol. I got on everything including TTD and MF. I could have buckled the belt myself but they were there and clicked it in for me before I had gotten it. I honestly fit better now than I used to even when i was smaller so I'm assuming the "no slack" situation and maybe them being allowed to help with clicking it in helps that. Still need a small tap on the longer belts on the B&M vest restraitns. I'm curious if i might have a chance at fitting in the regular seats now. Rougaru is a terrible...terrible ride... On the older restraints like this the double/longer belts have a ton of wiggle room, but the other ones were close. lol I really wanted to like Rougaru, especially since I didn't mind Mantis. But I guess these things happen over 10 years.

On B&Ms I'll usually need the longer bet. I've read it's in one seat in each of the three rows. How do i make sure to get this row? Seems like with so many people in each row it would be a bit of a random chance.

It also has a lot less, and they'll be a lot easier to keep working.

I like the shed... but I can also look past my disappointment in marketing hype vs. reality and enjoy it for what it is. Most people were expecting some sort of disney animatronic dark ride experience i guess.

$5 says a vendor box truck or something hit it and they are waiting for a reimbursement to fix it. Or maybe they just have it down to help taller vehicles get to something over there. When did it get taken down anyway? I hadn't even really noticed until this year.

I don't really go on days that the lines are longer than 15-20 minutes at most. But I'm convinced if I did it would be better to play the skip a line wheel game at $5 a pop and cross my fingers then to pay for a Fast Lane pass.

Red would work fine, they wouldn't even have to remove the skyline patio. It's basically the size of the old tiques. Keep in mind it really only used half of the land where IJST is. I doubt we will ever get a tiques back though, and I doubt that one would be going there if we did.
