Good to see someone putting so much effort into their job, even so late in the year. Honestly, when I was in line for FoF on Sunday, the line moved too quick for me to take a picture. With The Beast, a picture completely slipped my mind. Although, I can offer some more detail on the themeing in FoF. It was a cork board with various faux newspaper articles all over it detailing the alien spaceship. There was the picture of the loops and ship in the cornfield. Along with that there was a press release from the White House. The best thing I saw was the name tags for each of the people in the video. They were pretty well detailed from what I saw. I'm not sure if it was old themeing that was just dug out, or if it's new. But I sure love seeing it.

Since a new ride doesn't seem to be in KI's 2013 future, I will be happy with improvements much like the park got at the beginning of this season. Recently, I noticed Beast Canyon was painted on the mine entrance by the exit ramp on The Beast. I also noticed some more themeing put on the carts by the stairs in FoF. Little things like that are awesome and I hope more improvements are coming our way for 2013.

Considering all the support that was put into the 2 KIC days and the closing day meetup, I bet we can get a better organized event such as the KIC day a few years ago.

While I was at the park last night, DT was operating at the time I got there. Later in the night, around 11 PM, DT's lift was stopped at about the half way point and one of the cables was sitting slack upon it. Has this ever happened before? I will try to get pictures while I am at the park today, as it did not look like something that could be fixed in time to operate today.

At our schools, the lockdown procedure is much different from the previous, "Hide, lock the door, hope they go away" plan. Now the plan is, basically, do what you think is what you should do to survive. Whether that is run, hide, or fight. Honestly, the school is so large that if someone came in the opposite side of the building, it makes more sense to leave than lock the classroom door.

I believe there is a part of a SOB train on the Blood Drums stage, that might be the easter egg everyone is talking about.

Sam was wondering who it was that high fived him on Saturday. Mystery solved! The two guys I was with were confused as to how I knew him, but I think the smell of meat made them ready to highfive anyone! EDIT: Does rotag's alter-ego work in there too?

Wolf Pack has been very good this season, but seeing the actor on the floor seems like an incredibly easy way for them to get hurt. I wouldn't want to be in that position knowing that people sometimes wouldn't notice me until they step on me.

Slaughterhouse and Massacre Manor were at the top of their game last night! Each were very scary and all the scareactors were really into their roles. Slaughterhouse really got my adrenalin going, it truly is a well put together maze. I gave a high-five to Sam and shook Mama's "hand", when I went through and was scared by many others. Massacre Manor is extremely scary when the groups are properly spaced out and the actors are at the top of their games. Well done!

^I was confused for a moment until I understood that it was people in your history class. I thought that was a true statement for a moment and was making a very confused face.

^Except for Maverick, hopefully Gatekeeper will bring down that ridiculously long line! Cedar Point would be the choice for me. I have never experienced a Sunday at Cedar Point in October, but it sounds like a dream to me!

Well if it could be down before the end of Haunt, I would say there is a possibility of it coming down before the end of Haunt! Judging from how the other sections have come apart, I'd be surprised to see it come down in any area where debris could interfere with anywhere a guest could go.

The lumber that traveled to Kings Island for Son of Beast, or now, being taken away!

^My friend explained how he had been cornered in the room and was threatened by the guy, who proceeded to punch him in the face. While I agree a fist thrown may be instinct, that time it was clearly assault.

That was me kyle Loz Loz? Breaking park rules clearly stated on the back of the seat? -
Just some overall impressions I had: Madame Fatales was EXCELLENT! The scareactors were great and so was the spacing between groups. The pace of the Haunt is perfectly done, relentlessly coming after you the whole way through. You can tell the effort put into it is extremely high. My only wish is that it doesn't go down hill like some other Haunts have. Massacre Manor was not as good as it has been, which is a shame as it has been my favorite Haunt most years. There's a new Katie and the pictures in the halls were re-done, nice to see that there is still attention to the story placed in the maze. It also seemed if there was a significantly smaller amount of scareactors in the maze. Urgent Scare has turned into one of the bigger disappointments. It's always a must do for me, but it seems most of the time you are in a giant congo line the whole way through the maze. Wolf Pack has gotten better every year, this year being the best I've ever seen it. It's sad to see some of the guest behavior during Haunt, one of my friends who works in Madame Fatales was punched in the face during the night and couldn't wear his mask due to the blood that got on it. This behavior is intolerable and it sucks that the guy that did it most likely left the maze with no kind of punishment. Security should be on someone who assaults an actor as fast as possible and escort them from the park. Overall, I had fun. Saturdays are packed though! Crazy to see how many people the event brings out.
