Makes you wonder how many people who are improperly denied reentry actually pay for a ticket....

I have always had issues with the rule that you can only use a season pass once a day! For example, during the Fall, I have taken the kids during the day, then retured with another adult and no kids for the Haunt at night. In my opinion, "season" means anytime during the season. They should change the name to "Once a Day During the Season" Pass, since that is, in fact, the rule.

I still feel the magic of the old Kings Island almost every time I go. However, that is based more on memories than on the present condition of the park!

Since the park advertises the option of upgrading a single day ticket to a season pass, it would make sense to keep the processing center open so that people could take advantage of this offer as they were leaving the park.

That train looks horrible. The cars which used to resemble real vehicles now look more like those cheap plastic things they sell for 99 cents in the toy aisle at CVS.

LOL, well you weren't gonna do anything constructive with those 10 minutes anyways! I could have seen how badly I'm losing in the KIC basketball pool! But that probably doesn't count as "constructive"....LOL!

Wow!, Just... Wow! I just read about The Beast having turnstyles and people discussing trim brakes on lift hills...... There's 10 miutes of my life I'll never get back!

I can't say never.... On one occassion, the MCBR slowed us down so quickly that it pulled a muscle in my neck when my head snapped forward. For the record, I didn't sue anybody!

RIP Son of Beast. Imo.it will never operate again. My last ride on it was, well, my last ride on it! Just my opinion. If I turn out to be wrong, then I will apologize next year!

I would suggest using skeletons to set up various scenes along the tracks, similar to CP's train.

Put more simply, if parties inside or related to Cedar Fair knew about, say, the then yet to be announced proposed merger by Apollo (or told others who then--), and then bought low before the announcement and sold higher after the announcement....or if they timed the merger announcement so as to obtain a low acquisition price for Apollo to buy the company while knowing that they themselves would then be allowed to buy into the surviving company....then those parties have reason to be concerned...very concerned. Insider training using undisclosed public information is illegal and is usually dealt with very harshly, when it is prosecuted. Which is how Goldman Sachs has always done business. Where did Paulson and Geithner used to work?

The way this will work is that Goldman Sachs will get a break, and probably a few trillion more in bailout money. Then they will rat out the smaller companies, devalue them, and buy them for pennies on the dollar.

I couldn't agree more. That was KIC's greatest moment ever! I remember the people who, over the years, called us nutjobs on newspaper comment sites and other things. Yesterday, we stood up for what we believed in and obtained a positve result! We aren't nutjobs anymore, are we? Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Then you assert that people who oppose taxation without representation (remember 1776?)don't really understand how taxes work and should not leave their homes for entertainment. Well sir, this country has something called a Constitution, perhaps you should google that. We have every right to protest things we do not agree with, which is something you obviously despise. You would have fit in well in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia. As for your accusation that I am prejudiced, I proudly admit that I am prejudiced against people who hate children and who want to take away my Constitutional rights. That speech ridiculed and insulted: 1. People who donate to charity 2. People who go to church 3. People who go to amusement parks 4. People who exercise their first amendment right to protest I think the term "sleaze" is more than appropriate.

It could be in the 80s or it could snow.... But most likely it will be somewhere in between. I just hope it doesn't rain all day!
