Would it be cool - yes. Would it happen - no.
The reason Disney and Universal have those is that they want to keep you in their park at all times. They give adults something to do after the park closes. They are open all year round and they want people to go to Orlando, and just stay at Disney or Universal. The parks even have shuttle service that will pick you up at the airport and take you straight to their park!
PKI is seasonal, and a family park. It just isn't big enough to want something like this. Maybe after the lodge is built, and PKI has developed about half of their remaining property, and the park is open year round - then maybe we will see something like this. But not any time soon.
