Well done

I have not ridden one in years...

I have no illusion of it being a coaster that I will love, but I am curious to try it out. I am going to Carowinds this weekend for the first time and feel the same way about the Carolina Cobra.

I still haven't ridden the 'new and improved" T3. The reviews seem to be generally positive. In the very least it thins out the lines elsewhere.

nope. I am thinking some sort of visor that adds things to your visual experience. For example fighter jets you could shoot down with those joysticks...It's just the gamer in me thinking out loud. I don't want to ruin any already fantastic rides with add-ons but something cool could be made I am sure of it. Maybe whenever the ride becomes T4 in another 20 years

That gives me an idea...Augmented Reality Coaster. Has that been done before?

That is a shame. So few left. I really liked the one at Camden Park. Kennywood's would be much better if they put it back under a roof. It just didn't seem right outside...

Any idea where it wound up? Hopefully not the scrap pile...

It "looks" smooth I will reserve judgement until I ride it. Maybe I can make it back over there in a couple weeks.

It does...but I am sure they had a much higher percentage of out of state guests. Did they even sell season passes?

Wow...So they went the opposite approach on the prices...Was that a July 4th special or the normal price?

I still can't figure out how the company that bought the Hard Rock Park for pennies on the dollar out of bankruptcy failed just as quick. I guess they learned NOTHING from the previous operators mistakes.

Did Hard Rock Park ever release attendance figures? Obviously they fell far short of expectations but I was wondering just how bad it was.

KD's is a much better ride experience, but it is also a lot slower at loading so the line takes much longer to get through than we are used to at KI. That's the trade off. I am ready for them to just put the ride out of its misery and start from scratch with something new.

Was the fog screen on? I have not seen it since opening year...It is/was an impressive effect considering the rest of the ride.

Isn't it about time for Disney to start announcing some attractions coming to Hollywood Studios? I know all the rumors but nothing has been announced and they have taken away so much in the last year or so.

Why is it so hard to keep a simple turn table working? It's not even target activated...

Junior's may have improved since last year, I just have not been in a hurry to go back after trying Taco Tequila. I have had the Fish, Chicken and Brisket tacos there and they were all good.

I have to agree about the BBQ at Junior's. I ate there once last year and it was not impressive. Swamp Water Jack's is just typical amusement park quality. The new Taco Tequila place is actually very good. I have eaten there three times this season and all three times the food was great and the service was prompt and friendly. It's by far the best place to eat in the park.

I have a picture of my little girl with them from last year. It was awesome how they pose for the picture.

...and there was great rejoycing in the heavens.

I was at the park Sunday with my family. One of the ride Ops on the Raging Rapids told another guest in my boat that the T3 delay was due to the "Train getting stuck in the loop with the water dummies"...I assume he meant it it valleyed. He may in fact be as reliable as the Dippin' Dots guy but I guess it could also explain the lack of a second train on the tracks, gotta get the first one through the course before we add a second. What would you do in that case? faster wheels? add weight? I also thought I saw a section of track missing from TT last weekend from the top of MHF but with no picture I did not want to mention it. I could not see it from the ground so there was no way to prove it.
