Reading that makes me want to go back so bad. I really think the best day of my life was at Discovery Cove.

Shaggy, Demon Drop was not removed for the new coaster. Ocean Motion was moved in its place and now has a little bit of theming along with it. Unless the new ride goes over top of it.

Discovery Cove is well worth the money. It is the most relaxed I have ever been in my life. The food is great, and no extra cost. When we went the service was amazing. Well above Holiday World's employees. It is more of a spa than it is a park. This vacation sounds epic, by the way.

Everyone has already given you great advice so I'll just add one thing. Please spend time in the Lost Continent area of IoA. Walk around. Eat at Mythos. Relax. Listen to the talking fountain. Watch the Sinbad show. Finally, go through Poseidon's Fury. You'll be thankful you did. Especially if it's not there the next time you go.

Manta was probably the smoothest coaster I have ever been on. Not a single jerky area of the ride. And who cares if every B&M has a pretzel loop? They all should have one because they are crazy awesome elements.

I, too, think he made a big deal out of nothing. I do, however, think the park should have handled it better. Whether a park guest actually has a problem or makes a big deal out of nothing they should always treat the guest with respect.

Yes it cuts down on waits. Do you need it? No. Especially if you are going to be there from Sunday til Wednesday. But, If you have money to blow then why not?

My bad. I thought you were talking about all the rides, not just KI&MV Rail Road. Yeah, I believe the train could work. Terpy, I don't understand your point about year-round parks. They close down their rides for maintenance. Earlier this year Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure was closed down for nearly a month. That isn't a long time for maintenance?
